DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Dec. 5, 2012) – NASCAR has reinstated crew member Ryan Hess upon his successful completion of NASCAR’s Substance Abuse Policy Road to Recovery Program. Hess had been indefinitely suspended from NASCAR on Aug. 22, 2012 for violating the sanctioning body’s substance abuse policy.
