Points Positions Following Chicagoland…After posting a 25th-place finish in his first race back since Watkins Glen, Eric McClure was able maintain the 19th position in the NASCAR Driver Standings.  His team was also able to keep the 22nd position in NASCAR Owner Standings.
Racing under the Lights in the Bluegrass State:  Saturday night’s Kentucky 300 will mark McClure’s 222nd-career NASCAR Nationwide Series start and his 10th at the 1.5-mile speedway.  In nine starts, the Virginia driver has completed 84% of the total laps completed and has a best finish of 22nd.  When the team made its first appearance at the speedway earlier this season, McClure was able to capture a 23rd-place finish after starting in the 39th position.
Chassis No. 12  … Crew Chief Todd Myers has selected chassis No. 12 out of the TriStar Motorsports stable for this weekend’s Kentucky 300.  This chassis was run last weekend at Chicagoland Speedway where McClure posted a 25th-place finish.
Tune-In:  Saturday night’s race from Kentucky Speedway will be televised live on ESPN News beginning at 7:30 p.m. (ET).  PRN (Performance Racing Network) and SiriusXM Radio Channel 90 will also broadcast the event live on Saturday, September 21, 2013.
