Armstrong at Texas Motor Speedway:
Dakoda will be making his fifth career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Texas Motor Speedway to go along with three previous starts in the Camping World Truck Series. Armstrong has a best XFINITY Series finish of 10th at the Fort Worth, Texas track which occurred during the 2014 season.
Dakoda’s Thoughts on Texas Motor Speedway:
“Texas is a 1.5-mile track that is very similar to Atlanta with respects to tire fall off and the fast speeds. We weren’t the best in Atlanta so it is important for us to regroup and find something that will help us this weekend in Texas. Also, with this being a night race it tends to make the car much looser during the race so that is something for us to keep in mind.”

“We are coming off a much needed two week break and the guys on this JGL Racing team have been hard at work. I think the product on the track will show all of their efforts.”
2016 Stats:
Starts: 5
Avg. Starting Position: 20.2
Avg. Finishing Position: 19.4
Best Finish: 14th (Daytona)
Points Standing: 13th
