Jeffrey Earnhardt Goody’s Fast Relief 500 Race Advance

68th Annual Goodys’ Fast Relief 500 at Martinsville Speedway

New and Notes:
Heading into Sunday’s 500-mile event at the “Paper Clip”, the No.32 Keen Parts/Rain-X team will travel to the “The Old Dominion State” with Mooresville, NC native Jeffrey Earnhardt for the 68th annual Goody’s Fast Relief 500 at the Martinsville Speedway, in Ridgeway, VA.

Sunday’s event will mark Earnhardt’s 21st career start in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series(NSCS), and his first start at the 0.5 mile flat Martinsville Speedway. Earnhardt has only one previous start at Martinsville which came back in 2011 driving in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driving for Rick Ware Racing.

This weekend will also mark a new partnership as Rain-X, who has helped drivers for the last 40 years outsmart the elements, joins Jeffrey Earnhardt and Go Fas Racing. “Rain-X is proud to add a new chapter in our on-going partnership with Pep Boys, Jeffrey Earnhardt and Go Fas Racing,” said Harley Johnson, Director of Brand Management for Rain-X.

Jeffrey Earnhardt on Martinsville:
“I’m really excited to get back in the No.32 this weekend, and race at Martinsville. I’ve only raced at Martinsville once before and that was back in 2011, so there will be a steep learning curve this weekend, but I’m confident in myself and our team.”

Chassis Info:
Go Fas Racing will be bringing chassis GFR-842 to serve as the primary car. This chassis was last ran by Joey Gase at Kansas earlier this month. Chassis GFR-890 will serve as the backup car.
