Front Row Motorsports, Shriners International and Shriners Hospitals for Children today announced their plans to honor and remember fellow Shriner David Pearson during the Southern 500 at Darlington (S.C.) Raceway later this year during Labor Day weekend. David Ragan, a Shiner himself, helped unveil his car that will replicate the livery of the Holman-Moody Racing Ford Tornio Cobra that Pearson raced to his third and final NASCAR Cup Series championship in 1969; 50 years ago, and the same year that Pearson became a Shriner.

Truex Jr. Adds Another Win… Martin Truex Jr. earned his fourth win of the season and second-straight win at Sonoma Raceway on Sunday. It was the 23rd win of Truex’s career and the fourth consecutive season Truex has earned at least four victories during the season.

Richard Childress Racing's Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series history at Chicagoland Speedway ... Richard Childress Racing has two victories at Chicagoland Speedway with Kevin Harvick's back-to-back wins in 2001 and 2002. In 56 starts at the 1.5-mile suburban Chicago tri-oval, Richard Childress Racing teams have a combined 10 top-five, 19 top-10 finishes and one pole award with Jeff Burton in 2006.

John Hunter Nemechek and GMS Racing will utilize chassis no. 224 this weekend at Chicagoland Speedway. This chassis has been run once this season by Nemechek at Atlanta Motor Speedway (start: 10th/finish: 20th)

Returning to the seat of the No. 22 Crestliner Ford Fusion for his scheduled penultimate ARCA Menards Series race of the season, Ty Majeski (@TyMajeski) seeks his third win of the season in his fifth start in Thursday night’s Bounty 150 at Chicagoland (Ill.) Speedway.

DIBENEDETTO BY THE NUMBERS: In four Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series career starts at Chicagoland Speedway, Matt DiBenedetto has an average start of 33.5 and an average finish of 32.2. He’s completed 1,048 of 1,071 (97.9 percent) career laps at the Joliet, Illinois 1.5-mile track.

David Ragan is preparing for an exciting and busy week and weekend with the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Ragan, Front Row Motorsports (FRM) and the Shriners Hospitals for Children will begin Wednesday at the NASCAR Hall of Fame to unveil its NASCAR “Throwback Weekend” paint scheme. On Friday, Ragan and FRM will visit the patients at the Shriners Hospitals for Children- Chicago. Ragan will again reunite with popular patient ambassador, Alec before visiting with the other patients and staff.

Stenhouse has six Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) starts at Chicagoland Speedway with an average starting position of 15.7 and average finishing position of 18.2.

Sheldon Creed has two starts at Chicagoland Speedway in the ARCA Menards Series including a second-place finish in 2018 where he won the pole and led 81 laps.
