Kyle Busch had a long day on Sunday. The 2015 Cup Series champion, still on the hunt for his first points win of the season, entered the Coca-Cola 600 with a lot of expectations. He had just won the All-Star race at Charlotte the week before and was primed for his first-ever Cup win at the near 60-year-old speedway.

Regan Smith, who filled in for the injured Aric Almirola at Charlotte Motor Speedway, will once again pilot the No. 43 Smithfield Ford this weekend at Dover International Speedway. Smith drove to a fourth-place finish in the Monster Energy Open and raced as high as 12th before finishing 22nd in the Coca-Cola 600. Smith will work to tame the Monster Mile this weekend in his 12th Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series start.

Austin Dillon stretched his fuel to win the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway – the first victory of his career. His triumph also marked the first time the No. 3 Chevrolet reached Victory Lane since Dale Earnhardt won at Talladega on Oct. 15, 2000.

Richard Childress Racing at Dover International Speedway ... RCR has earned four Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series wins at Dover International Speedway, most recently in September 2006 when Jeff Burton drove the No. 31 Chevrolet to Victory Lane.

Roush Fenway Racing returns to Dover, Del. as the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) prepares to tackle “The Monster Mile,” Dover International Speedway for the first time in 2017, a track that has seen a Roush Fenway Ford visit victory lane 17 different times.

Did you know, Bobby Allison, driving a Chevrolet Monte Carlo, won the first race for the brand at Dover International Speedway in 1972. Since then 18 other different Team Chevy drivers have gone to Victory Lane at Dover powered by the Bowtie Brand.

Ryan Blaney and the Motorcraft/Quick Lane Racing team will be out to tame the Monster Mile at Dover International Speedway this weekend during the AAA 400 Drive for Autism.

Martin Truex Jr. will be heading to his home track this weekend – Dover International Speedway -- with the No. 1 driver ranking in the NASCAR Cup Series, and also as the most recent winner at Dover’s all-concrete 1-mile oval.
