After winning the Canadian Vintage Modified championship last season, Shane Stickel was looking for a challenge for 2013. As a result, he turned to the OSCAAR Modified division to see how he’d do against the division’s top drivers.

Last weekend, Richard Petty was the special guest as part of the Canadian Motorsports Expo. Petty was brought on stage to take part in a half hour Q&A with fans, before signing autographs.

The 2012 season marked the inaugural season of the OSCAAR Hanover Holiday Modifieds and Gary McLean went out and flat out dominated on his way to winning the championship.
