Ryan Reed has four starts in the NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) at Daytona International Speedway (DIS). In this race last year, Reed captured his first NXS win after starting eighth, leading 14 laps and making a last-lap pass for the victory. In his other three starts at DIS, Reed finished 18th, fourth and 13th after starting 39th, fourth, and eighth, respectively.

Richard Petty Motorsports announced today that NASCAR driver Jeb Burton will compete full time in the NASCAR XFINITY Series for the 2016 season. Burton will debut the No. 43 Ford Mustang this Saturday in the XFINITY Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway.

JGL Racing officials announced today the formation of "The JGL Racing Young Guns" program designed to highlight a group of rising stars in the NASCAR ranks. The "Young Guns" collectively will pilot the team's No. 24 Toyota entry in the NASCAR XFINITY Series.

Chip Ganassi Racing (CGR) announced today that DC Solar will return as the season-long partner on the No. 48 Chevy Camaro with Brennan Poole behind the wheel.
