The No. 15 team has been penalized for an infraction that occurred on opening day inspection Sept.18. This is a P4 level penalty (Section 12.1, 20. 14.c, 20.14.2.1.k, 12.5.3.4.d, 12.5.3.4.1.d & f, 12.5.3.4.2 of the NASCAR rule book). Crew chief Billy W. Scott has been fined $75,000, suspended for the next three NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship events and placed on NASCAR probation for six months following the issue of suspension.

Roush Fenway Racing driver Ryan Reed returns to Kentucky Speedway this weekend for back-to-back nights of racing. On Friday night, Reed will drive the No. 38 Lilly Diabetes Lira Motorsports Ford Fusion in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards. On Saturday, he will return back to the track to race his No. 16 Lilly Diabetes American Diabetes Association Ford Mustang in the NASCAR XFINITY Series event.

Roush Fenway Racing’s Bubba Wallace makes his second career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Kentucky Speedway this weekend. In his previous start, which came earlier this season, Wallace started eighth and finished seventh.

Richard Childress Racing at New Hampshire Motor Speedway ... Richard Childress has four victories as a team owner at New Hampshire Motor Speedway with Robby Gordon (2001), Kevin Harvick (2006) and Clint Bowyer (2007 and 2010).

Roush Fenway Racing’s Chris Buescher will make his fourth career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Kentucky Speedway this Saturday. In his previous three starts, Buescher’s best start is sixth and his best finish is seventh.

Brennan Poole returns to the seat of the No. 42 DC Solar Chevrolet Camaro for the 15th time in 2015. Through 14 starts, Poole has two top-10s and nine top-15 finishes, with an average starting position of 16.2 and an average finishing position of 17.9.

Last week, Dakoda Armstrong brought home a Top-15 finish after fighting changing track conditions throughout the race. This week, the No. 43 WinField team heads to Kentucky Speedway hoping for another good points night.

Ryan Truex will make his second start of the 2015 NASCAR XFINITY Series season this weekend at Kentucky Speedway. In his first start of the season at Richmond, Truex had a strong run ruined by a blown tire.

Elliott Sadler will make his ninth NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) start at Kentucky Speedway this Saturday night in Sparta, Ky. In Sadler’s eight previous starts at Kentucky, he has four top-five and six top-10 finishes. Earlier this year, Sadler started 11th and finished fifth.

Reed has three career NASCAR XFINITY Series starts at Kentucky Speedway. In July 2015, Reed finished 14th after starting 12th. In 2014, Reed recorded 17th- and 11th- place finishes in the July and September events, respectively.
