Roush Fenway Racing returns to Concord, N.C. as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) prepares to race at home for the second time in the 2015 NSCS season at Charlotte Motor Speedway. A Roush Fenway Ford has visited victory lane at Charlotte on 20 different occasions across NASCAR’s three major touring series.

This weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Elliott Sadler, the driver of the No. 1 OneMain Financial Ford Mustang, will provide a once-in-a-lifetime VIP experience for one lucky fan and their guest. Sadler asked his fans on Facebook to submit a story of someone who has been affected by breast cancer and deserves a VIP race experience.

In 148 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series starts at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Richard Childress Racing teams have earned seven points-paying victories (four wins with Dale Earnhardt, one with Jeff Burton and two with Kevin Harvick) and four All-Star race victories (three with Earnhardt and one with Harvick), giving RCR 11 total Sprint Cup Series checkered flags at the Concord, N.C.-based track. RCR boasts 21 top-five and 47 top-10 finishes on the 1.5-mile surface.

Bubba Wallace will make his second start at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the NASCAR XFINITY Series this Friday evening. In his previous start which came earlier this season, Wallace started second and finished fifth.

Reed has four starts in the NASCAR XFINITY Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway, recording his best finish of 12th in the May 2015 event. In that race, Reed started 10th and fought loose conditions for much of the afternoon. The team made the necessary adjustment to put Reed in position to fight for a finish just outside of the top 10.

On Friday night, Roush Fenway Racing’s Chris Buescher will make his fifth start at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the NASCAR XFINITY Series. In his four previous starts, the Prosper, Texas native has two top-10s. His best finish is sixth, which came in this race last season.

Elliott Sadler will make his 18th NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) start at Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS) this Friday night in Concord, NC. In Sadler’s previous 17 starts at CMS, he has one pole award, four top-five and seven top-10 finishes. Earlier this year, Sadler started 11th and finished ninth.
