NASCAR Makes Modifications To National Series Qualifying

NASCAR notified its teams this afternoon that effective immediately the following modifications apply to all elements of its national series qualifying including the breaks:

Keselowski’s win show strength of Jeremy Bullins and 22 Penske team

Now just a piece of dust to his big win on Sunday, Brad Keselowski also found himself victorious in Saturday's Nationwide Series Sam Boyd 300. For Keselowski, getting the win this year felt like redemption after the last couple of years. In his last two starts at Las Vegas prior to the win, he had come close - thought ended up finishing 23rd and 27th.

“I am excited to get to go back to Bristol. We had a great run there last year with the 16 team and I believe that returning with the experience is going to be beneficial. It is a track that is similar to the tracks that I ran well at in the ARCA Series.

Dakoda Armstrong will have a new look this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway. Fresh from Florida will make their 2014 debut on the No. 43 Ford Mustang for their first of three primary races this season. They will also be featured at the Charlotte race in May and the Daytona race in July.

They are the Drive to Stop Diabetes 300 on March 15 at Bristol Motor Speedway, and the VFW Sport Clips Help A Hero 200 on April 11 at Darlington Raceway.
