NASCAR O'Reilly Series

Making his 17th NASCAR Nationwide Series start at Texas Motor Speedway, Mike Bliss started the Ninth Annual O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge from the 20th position. Fighting loose conditions early on, the Tweaker Energy Shot pit crew worked hard throughout the 200 lap event, making adjustments to try and balance the No. 19 Toyota Camry. Bliss raced as high as 19th before finishing in the 23rd position.

In his third NASCAR Nationwide Series start at Texas Motor Speedway, Cole Whitt started 12th in the No. 44 Takagi Tankless Water Heaters Toyota. The Ninth Annual O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge was just that, a challenge for Whitt as he suffered a pit road speeding penalty early on in the 200 lap event.
