Toyota Racing Kicks Off Racing for Awareness

Toyota Racing today announced 'Racing For Awareness,' a friendly competition among women affiliated with the Toyota NASCAR program -- including wives, girlfriends, mothers and sisters, as well as one racer -- in support of breast cancer awareness. Nine women affiliated with the Toyota Racing program have each used their creativity and vision to design a T-shirt to recognize breast cancer awareness. Fans can vote for their favorite design at www.toyotaracing.com/RacingForAwareness from now through Oct. 4, 2012 at 12 PM (ET).

Today, Friday August 24th 2012, the #44 BanditChippers.com Toyota takes back to the Bristol Motor Speedway with Mike Bliss behind the wheel for some short track racing under the lights. The Black & Yellow Chipper paint scheme adorned the #44 at Bristol earlier this year, where Mike finished 15th. Bliss had 14th and 13th place finishes on the back to back NNS road races and currently sits firmly in 8th position in the NNS standings.
