Kurt Busch, the 2004 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion and recent winner with the Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) team, made his third start behind the wheel of the No. 54 Monster Energy Camry this weekend at the famed Darlington (S.C.) Raceway.

Mike Wallace and the No. 01 Restaurant.com Chevrolet team were looking forward to a good race with a great finish at Darlington Raceway during Friday night’s NASCAR Nationwide Series race.

Michael Annett started the originally scheduled 147-lap NASCAR Nationwide Series event at Darlington Raceway from the 22nd position. Annett finished the VFW Sports Clips Help a Hero 200 as follows:

On the green-white-checkered finish, Joey Logano would find his way past Denny Hamlin with bump-drafting help from Brad Keselowski to win the VFW Sports Clips Help a Hero 200 at Darlington Raceway.

“It was frustrating. It was a good points night because they had a bad night and not because we had a good one. We’ve got to do a little bit better at that because we were just way off. It was loose. It was tight. It was never great. We need to look at what we’re doing here because that’s the way we’ve been the last couple times here, but the motor ran great."

Stenhouse Jr. won the Coors Light Pole Award for the 30th annual VFW Sport Clips Help a Hero 200 at Darlington Raceway on Friday afternoon.
