In a race full of stars, Kyle Larson shined brightest in Saturday's Monster Energy NASCAR All-Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Several updates have been made to the on-track schedule for the Pocono 400 race weekend, taking place May 31-June 2, 2019. The biggest change will be Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) qualifying taking place after NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) qualifying and before the Pocono Green 250 Recycled by J.P. Mascaro & Sons NXS race on Saturday, June 1.

Sgt. Matthew Norman with the Kansas National Guard knew his almost year-long deployment was coming to an end and wanted to surprise his wife Brooke for his homecoming. Sgt. Norman and Brooke are huge NASCAR fans and tried to always attend Kansas Speedway’s May races with fellow National Guard members.

Former Kansas City Chiefs players Neil Smith and Christian Okoye will give the most famous words in racing “Drivers, Start Your Engines” for the Digital Ally 400 on Saturday night while former Chiefs player Mark Collins will wave the green flag.

Kyle Busch will begin his assault on a second consecutive Coca-Cola 600victory in a patriotic No. 18 M&Ms Toyota Camry that the veteran driver unveiled in a special event on Wednesday at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. As a prelude to the historic 60th running of the iconic Coca-Cola 600 on May 26 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Busch revealed the look for his Toyota in addition to meeting Dona and Gene Griffin, the parents of fallen Army Sgt. Dale Griffin.

Pocono Raceway introduces “The Foxhole,” an in-race sports bar and lounge. It will include a variety of beverages, food, in-race broadcast on multiple televisions, music, arcade and lawn games, shade and lounge seating. “The Foxhole” will be located behind the Grandstand in Chalet Village and will be open from 1:30 p.m. ET until Lap 120 of the Pocono 400 on Sunday, June 2, 2019.

After Chase Elliott recently captured his first Talladega Superspeedway Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series victory in the GEICO 500 (April 28), the second-generation driver from nearby Dawsonville, GA donned a construction hard hat and sledgehammer in Gatorade Victory Lane, signaling the beginning of demolition to part of the track’s infield to make way for the new, incredible Talladega Garage Experience, which will debut in October during the NASCAR Playoff doubleheader weekend.

Highlighting its award-winning Throwback Weekend, celebrating the 1990-94 era of the sport, Darlington Raceway and the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce have announced that multi-platinum rock/alternative group Better Than Ezra will headline the Visit Myrtle Beach Pre-Race Concert for its Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Bojangles’ Southern 500 race on September 1.

In today’s “Gander RV 400” Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race, following another weather postponement, Truex earned his 21st career NASCAR Cup Series win, and received a golden Monster Trophy for his efforts as part of Dover International Speedway’s 50th anniversary celebration.

Christopher Bell earned a double celebration in Sunoco Victory Lane on Saturday at Dover International Speedway.
