The cars returned to Michigan International Speedway when five Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers and teams took to the track for a Goodyear tire test.

Let’s Get Ready to RACE! World Boxing Council’s (WBC) current World Heavyweight Champion and Tuscaloosa, AL native Deontay Wilder, will serve as the Honorary Pace Car Driver for this Sunday’s GEICO 500 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at Talladega Superspeedway (April 29). 

The 50 Years of Racing Exhibit presented by Consumers Energy will feature Michigan International Speedway memorabilia and a special display of cars that once raced on the two-mile oval.

With Chamber of Commerce weather in the meteorologists’ forecasts this weekend, all eyes will be on Talladega Superspeedway as a host of story lines are set to dominate the track’s tripleheader extravaganza, which features the GEICO 500 (Sunday) for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, the Sparks Energy 300 (Saturday) for the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the General Tire 200 (Friday) for the ARCA Racing Series Presented by Menards. And, great seating options are still available.

Richard Childress Racing's Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series history at Richmond Raceway ... Richard Childress has nine Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series victories as a car owner at Richmond Raceway - five with Dale Earnhardt, three with Kevin Harvick and one with Clint Bowyer. Additionally, in 166 starts at the Richmond, Va.-based track, RCR drivers have claimed 37 top-five and 69 top-10 finishes. Childress, a former driver on NASCAR's senior circuit, contributed three of those top-10 finishes from 1976-1978.

Jessica Lynn, a singer/songwriter from New York, who has shared the stage and toured the world with some of country music’s elite performers, will sing the national anthem prior to the “AAA 400 Drive for Autism” Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway on Sunday, May 6.

Pocono Raceway will host a ‘Selfie Session’ with Alex Bowman, driver of the No. 88 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Hendrick Motorsports, on Saturday, June 2. Fans are invited to pre-register for this driver appearance, which replaces a traditional autograph session, and will be the first fan engagement event of its kind held at a track during a NASCAR race weekend.

Delaware’s most famous landmark was made whole again on Tuesday as the No. 10 Smithfield Ford Fusion was placed in the right hand of the Monster Monument at Victory Plaza, presented by Smithfield, during an event at Dover International Speedway.

NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Tyler Reddick says he won’t be “waffling” around when it comes to “creaming” the competition for the Sparks Energy 300 at Talladega Superspeedway on Saturday, April 28. Well, he didn’t quite put it in those exact terms during a visit Thursday to Birmingham, but his actions while in the Magic City, at least told part of that story.

While the greatest drivers in the world will be competing on Talladega Superspeedway on April 27-29 during an incredible tripleheader weekend (GEICO 500, Sparks Energy 300, General Tire 200), fans will have the opportunity to hit the pavement first and drive their personal car around NASCAR’s biggest and most competitive track earlier in the week during “Drive Days.”
