Two-time defending NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion Matt Crafton held off Daniel Suarez in a two-lap shootout after a late caution Friday night to win the WinStar World Casino & Resort 400 for the second consecutive year at Texas Motor Speedway.

On Friday night at Texas Motor Speedway, Matt Crafton took the victory, having a blast in the process with his battle for the win with Daniel Suarez.

As the laps wound down in the Winstar World Casino and Resort 400(k), it looked as though Daniel Hemric was on course for his second straight top-five finish. However, with seven laps to go, the tire would blow out on his truck, resulting in a spin.

Matt Crafton insists he had "a blast" racing Daniel Suarez Friday night at Texas Motor Speedway, including a pair of late-race restarts that secured victory in the 19th annual WinStar World Casino & Resort 400.

In his first full-time season in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, 19-year-old Tyler Reddick has emerged as one of NASCAR’s rising stars. He captured his second win of the season at Dover International Speedway last Friday and moved into second place in the series point standings, 11 points behind leader Matt Crafton.
