Ron Hornaday Jr. made his fifth NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) start at Pocono Raceway this weekend, looking for his first win at one of the few tracks he had yet to conquer.

he NASCAR Camping World Truck Series traveled to Long Pond, Pennsylvania this weekend for the Pocono Mountains 150 at Pocono Raceway. Both Red Horse Racing teams advanced to the second round of qualifying, where Germán Quiroga earned the 24th starting position. The No. 17 Red Horse Racing team moved to the final round and qualified in the fifth position to start the 60-lap event.

Erik Jones, the 18 year old driver of the No. 51 ToyotaCare Tundra for Kyle Busch Motorsports, put his two bad ARCA Racing experiences at Pocono Raceway behind him, redeeming himself with a top-10 finish in his first ever NASCAR Camping World Truck Race at the Tricky Triangle.

Johnny Sauter (second) was the top-finishing Toyota driver in Saturday afternoon’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) race at Pocono Raceway. Austin Dillon won the race and snapped the Tundra 12 race-winning streak.

Austin Dillon, in the No. 3 Yuengling Light Lager Chevrolet, took the checkered flag after a ten-lap overtime shootout in the Pocono Mountains 150. Dillon also brought Chevrolet back to Victory Lane, the first time since brother Ty Dillon won the race in Texas last year.

Darrell Wallace Jr., behind the wheel of the No. 54 ToyotaCare Toyota Tundra for Kyle Busch Motorsports, is ready to make the difficult transition from one of the sport’s highest highs, a coveted Truck win at Eldora Speedway, to the trickiness of Pocono Raceway where he will race the Pocono Mountains 150 in NASCAR’s Camping World Truck Series.

Since entering the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) in 2013, the Charlotte, N.C.-based organization has logged 18 starts, earning two top-five finishes and three top-10 finishes, with an average starting position of 16.8 and an average finishing position of 17.6.

Crossed Flags Ahead...The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) approaches the halfway marker as it heads to Pocono Raceway for the 11th event of the 22-race season. This will be the first event at the Tricky Triangle for Ben Kennedy, who heads into the race with one top-five and five top-10 finishes in 2014.
