He also gets to enjoy a little home cooking as well before the 167-lap race on the high-banked speedway just north of Fort Worth.

JOEY COULTER, No. 18 Darrell Gwynn Foundation Toyota Tundra, Kyle Busch Motorsports - How was your Tundra during practice on Thursday at Texas? "It was pretty good. Race trim, you know the truck handled great. We were able to run pretty much anywhere on the race track. I haven't gone up in Brendan's (Gaughan) groove yet, but we'll get there before the night's out, I'm sure. I was real happy with our Tundra, real happy with it. The only thing is not a whole lot of speed when we put it in qualifying trim. Nothing really changed, drove the same, just didn't really pick up the time that we thought it should so we're going to try a couple things different when we go to qualify, but real happy with our Tundra in race trim."

After last weekend’s triple-header at Dover International Speedway, the three national series go their separate ways this weekend with the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series headlining at Pocono Raceway, the NASCAR Nationwide Series heading to the Midwest for a Saturday night showdown at Iowa Speedway, and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series kicking off the weekend in the Lone Star State with their race on Friday night at Texas Motor Speedway.

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will go back-to-back after competing at Dover International Speedway last weekend and head to the 'Wild Asphalt Circus' at Texas Motor Speedway to race under the lights on Friday night. John Wes Townley and his No. 7 Zaxby's Toyota Tundra are anxious for the 167 lap WinStar World Casino on the 1.5-mile quad oval. After a solid run and tying his highest career finish (eighth) at the intermediate track of Charlotte Motor Speedway this could be another solid weekend for the Red Horse Racing driver.

It's been said people do not hold grudges long in Texas. They strap on their boots and spurs and they settle things the old fashioned way.

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) takes top billing this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway for a standalone race in the Lone Star State. Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) is tied with Martinsville Speedway and Kentucky Speedway as the track in which Miguel Paludo has made the most starts. In his five previous events at TMS, Paludo has earned two top 10s, with a best finish of eighth scored in 2011. Intermediate tracks have historically been good to the 29-year-old Brazilian, who has earned 10 of his 17 career top-10 finishes at tracks between one and two miles in length.

Time To Two Step...Jeb Burton heads to Fort Worth, Texas as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) makes its first start of the season at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS). Burton has never competed at TMS in his short NCWTS career, but he's proven himself at intermediate tracks. In only 11 NCWTS starts, Burton has scored two poles and three top-10 finishes at tracks one to two miles long.

Texas Two-Step… Making his second career trip to Texas Motor Speedway with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS), Dakoda Armstrong is looking to rebound from a disappointing weekend at Dover International Speedway.

Kyle Busch had every reason to be monstrously proud of the NASCAR Camping World Truck team that bears his name. Busch scored the victory and his two teammates, ‘kids’ Darrell Wallace Jr. and Joey Coulter, finished top-ten in the 14th annual Lucas Oil 200 at the Monster Mile.
