What Every Guy Should Keep in His Dopp Kit

Packing for a trip always seems easy until you’re halfway to your destination and realize you left something important behind. Clothes are simple: shirts, pants, shoes, but grooming is where most guys cut corners. You can get away with forgetting a spare t-shirt. Forget your trimmer or moisturizer, and you’ll spend the entire weekend battling stray hairs, dry skin, or worse, relying on generic hotel soap that leaves your skin feeling like sandpaper.

A well-stocked dopp kit is what keeps you feeling like yourself when you’re away from home, whether it’s for a wedding, work travel, or a quick weekend away. The smartest way to build yours is to prepare it around routines that make you feel like your best. It doesn’t need to be crammed with every product you own. Instead, keep it to your go-to tools that cover the basics.

Start with the Daily Basics

These are the essentials you reach for every day at home. A reliable face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, and your go-to deodorant are non-negotiable.

Even if you’re not someone who routinely moisturizes, now is the time to consider it. Travel, especially long flights, hotel air conditioning, and busy days, can dry out your skin and disrupt your usual routine.

In fact, a study published by the National Library of Medicine on travel fatigue shows that dehydration and exposure to recycled cabin air significantly reduce skin hydration levels, making it important to give your face some care even on the go. With that, if you have a go-to moisturizer and SPF, add them to your kit.

Hair Needs Its Own Routine

Whether you’re clean-shaven, rocking a short fade, or keeping a full beard, your hair needs its own space in your dopp kit. A couple of small, travel-friendly products can make all the difference after a long day of travel.

For your head hair, a lightweight styling cream or pomade keeps things in place without looking overdone, while a travel-sized nourishing shampoo helps restore follicles and wash away the buildup from long days. If your style calls for a little extra volume or texture, throw in a small comb or travel brush so you can fix your look before stepping out.

If you have facial hair, the same rule applies—don’t leave its upkeep to chance. Even a quick two-minute routine with the right tools keeps your beard or mustache looking deliberate. A beard growth kit is a smart travel move because it consolidates essentials like a beard brush, oil, and beard wash into one compact bundle, while also giving your skin the support it needs on the go.

A good leave-in product or conditioner comes in handy for those who experience extra dryness while traveling. For beards, a moisturizing beard butter hydrates overnight, softens facial hair, and prevents that brittle, travel-worn texture you get after flights or dry hotel rooms. It’s a simple step that makes a noticeable difference when you want to look put together without spending a lot of time.

Don’t Skip the Tools

From your neckline and sideburns to just keeping flyaways in check, a small trimmer or razor is an essential for every kit. Stray hairs tend to appear at the worst possible time, and relying on a dull hotel razor is asking for trouble.

Toss in a basic comb (or a beard comb if you have one), and you can refresh your look in under a minute before dinner or a big meeting. These tools don’t take up much space but pay off every time you want to feel like you’ve got it together.

Personal Touches Make a Big Difference

Don’t underestimate the finishing touches. A small bottle of the cologne you wear at home can make you feel pulled together even after a long day. Toss in a lint roller to keep your jacket looking fresh. And if you’re heading to an event where photos are involved, even little details like tidy nails and polished shoes matter. They won’t scream for attention, but they quietly show that you didn’t just roll out of bed.

Self Care & Sleep Support

While grooming products are key, your dopp kit can also help you maintain your energy and overall presence. Sleep, for example, is one of the most overlooked parts of looking fresh. A restless night shows immediately, leaving you with dark circles, dull skin, and that sluggish feeling that even coffee can’t fix.

Research by the Sleep Foundation shows that poor sleep quality doesn’t just affect your energy; it directly changes how healthy and alert you appear. Something as simple as packing a sleep mask or earplugs can help you get better rest on the road, which in turn makes everything else about your grooming routine more effective.

Even a bit of daily movement can help you feel more in control while traveling. Sitting for hours on a plane or in a car tightens your posture and leaves you feeling stiff, which can make you look more tired than you are. A quick stretch or short walk, before you settle in at the hotel and unpack your kit and freshen up, gets your circulation going and improves how you feel heading into the day.

Pairing that quick reset with a few minutes of grooming helps you shake off travel fatigue so you look awake and ready instead of worn down from travel.

Travel Confidently, Feel Like Yourself

When you’re traveling, your grooming routine helps you stay consistent and confident in situations that might otherwise feel rushed or out of your control. Grooming on the go isn’t about packing everything you could possibly need. Focus, rather, on the essentials that help you feel like yourself, like healthy skin and hair, a tidy beard, good sleep, and a signature scent.

Your dopp kit turns a hotel bathroom into a space that feels familiar and easy to manage. Instead of wasting energy figuring out what you forgot or how to make do with what’s available, you’re just doing what you always do, and that allows you to step into the day as the best version of yourself, no matter where your trip takes you.

Five Cities Where Apartments for Sale in Turkey Yield Maximum Returns

As global economic tides continue to shift, one real estate market holds firm in the eyes of international investors: apartments for sale in Turkey. Offering affordable prices, strong rental returns, and one of the world’s most accessible citizenship-by-investment programs, Turkey remains a strategic destination for smart buyers. This in-depth feature explores the trends, figures, and outlook shaping the country’s property market.

1. Apartments in Turkey Remain Affordable—Despite Rising Prices

Property values across Turkey have steadily increased over the past few years. In 2024, residential property prices rose over 30% in nominal terms. However, when adjusted for inflation, the real price gain was more modest—offering opportunity for value-seeking investors.

As of 2025, average apartment prices are still below international standards. In major cities like Istanbul, prices hover around $1,500 per square meter. In Ankara, Izmir, and coastal destinations such as Antalya and Alanya, price levels remain even more accessible. For foreign buyers, this means premium assets at competitive rates.

2. Buyer Activity Signals Renewed Demand

In the first quarter of 2025, home sales in Turkey reached nearly 400,000—marking a sharp increase from the same period in 2024. Mortgage-financed home purchases also rebounded significantly, showing rising domestic and foreign confidence in the market.

Although the number of foreign property purchases declined in 2024 due to tightening regulations and currency shifts, the market saw a resurgence in early 2025. Investors from Russia, Iran, Germany, and the UK continue to dominate the foreign buyer landscape. Apartments for sale in Turkey—especially in cities with high rental yields—remain popular among them.

3. The Turkish Lira Creates Investment Advantages

Turkey’s currency volatility, while risky for locals, has created an opening for international investors with stable foreign currencies. As the lira weakens, foreign capital stretches further, allowing buyers to purchase more valuable property for less in dollar or euro terms.

Apartments for sale in Turkey, particularly in high-end districts of Istanbul or coastal regions like Bodrum, become more accessible for global investors due to this currency advantage.

4. Rental Yields Remain Competitive

Rental income is a key motivation for investors exploring apartments in Turkey. In Istanbul and other urban hubs, long-term rental yields often range between 5% to 8% annually. For investors considering short-term holiday lets in tourist zones like Antalya, Fethiye, or Kusadasi, the potential income can be even higher.

Thanks to Turkey’s year-round tourism, well-located furnished apartments have the potential to generate steady rental income—even during off-peak seasons.

5. The Citizenship by Investment Advantage

Turkey’s real estate-based citizenship program continues to attract foreign investors. Buyers who invest at least $400,000 in property can qualify for Turkish citizenship within months. The process is relatively quick and straightforward, compared to other European options.

Apartments for sale in Turkey are the most popular choice for citizenship-seeking investors—particularly in Istanbul, Ankara, and coastal cities. Beyond residency, Turkish citizenship provides access to visa-free travel to over 110 countries and favorable tax treatment in many cases.

6. Infrastructure Growth Drives Appreciation

Massive infrastructure projects such as the Istanbul Canal, new airports, metro systems, and high-speed railways are pushing up demand for surrounding real estate. Many investors specifically seek apartments for sale in Turkey’s development corridors in anticipation of long-term appreciation.

Government-backed urban transformation projects are also modernizing older neighborhoods, opening new opportunities for mid-range and luxury apartment investments.

7. Regional Spotlight: Where to Invest in Apartments

Istanbul

The financial and cultural capital remains the top choice for real estate investment. Neighborhoods like Beşiktaş, Levent, and Kadıköy continue to attract both domestic and foreign buyers. Urban renewal projects and proximity to key business centers enhance property value.

Antalya

As one of the top destinations for foreign buyers, Antalya offers a blend of beach lifestyle and affordability. Apartments in Lara and Konyaaltı are in high demand for short-term rental returns.

Alanya

Known for its scenic beauty and international community, Alanya remains a hotspot for European investors. New apartment developments with sea views are particularly attractive for mid-budget buyers.

Mersin

An emerging gem on Turkey’s southern coast, Mersin is gaining traction among budget-conscious investors seeking long-term growth. With a major port, new residential zones, and affordable pricing, Mersin combines urban convenience with coastal living. Unlike more saturated markets, property prices here are still relatively low—offering excellent value for first-time buyers or investors seeking high capital appreciation over time.

Bodrum

Located on the Aegean coast, Bodrum is synonymous with luxury and prestige. It draws affluent buyers from Europe and the Middle East looking for high-end apartments and villas with panoramic sea views. Areas like Yalıkavak, Gündoğan, and Türkbükü offer exclusive lifestyle opportunities, with marinas, designer boutiques, and five-star dining. Does Battery Storage Enhance Residential Solar Systems?

As energy costs continue to rise and power outages become more frequent, homeowners are increasingly turning to residential solar systems with battery storage for energy independence. But a crucial question remains: Do battery storage solutions truly enhance the performance and value of 4KW solar systems? For residential energy managers and homeowners considering this investment, understanding the interplay between solar panels and battery storage is essential. This comprehensive analysis explores how battery integration affects system performance, long-term cost implications, and optimization potential. We’ll focus specifically on 4KW complete home solar systems with battery storage, examining real-world applications and practical benefits for the average household. Whether you’re looking to achieve greater energy independence, reduce utility bills, or ensure reliable backup power, this guide will help you make an informed decision about incorporating battery storage into your solar system.

Understanding the 4KW Complete Home Solar System with Battery

A 4KW complete home solar system with battery storage represents a carefully engineered solution for residential energy independence. At its core, the system consists of photovoltaic panels that convert sunlight into electricity, typically requiring 12-16 high-efficiency panels depending on their individual ratings. The solar inverter serves as the system’s brain, converting DC power from the panels into usable AC power while managing power flow. Modern battery storage systems, like those from Anern, featuring lithium-ion technology, typically provide 10-15 kWh of storage capacity, enough to power essential home functions during outages. The 4 kW sizing is ideal for average households consuming 350-450 kWh monthly, as it generates approximately 16-20 kWh of electricity daily under optimal conditions. Battery integration is enabled by a sophisticated power management system that automatically determines whether to store excess solar energy, power home appliances directly, or export to the grid. This seamless integration enables a continuous power supply even when solar production varies, with smart controllers maintaining optimal battery charge levels while maximizing the self-consumption of solar energy. The system’s modular design allows for future expansion, making it a foundation for growing energy needs.

The transition to a hybrid solar-plus-storage model represents a fundamental shift in how modern households manage their resource consumption. Beyond simple cost savings, these units offer a level of self-sufficiency that traditional grid-tied systems cannot match on their own. Homeowners who choose to explore more here typically gain better oversight of their carbon footprint while ensuring critical appliances stay running during unexpected blackouts. This added security is particularly valuable in regions prone to extreme weather or frequent maintenance-related outages. By stabilizing the flow of electricity, storage solutions safeguard expensive electronics and provide reliable power that adapts to the specific needs of each family throughout the changing seasons.

Energy Storage: Transforming Residential Solar Performance

Quantifying Resilience: Backup Power Scenarios

Battery storage fundamentally transforms how residential solar systems perform, offering unprecedented control over energy consumption patterns. When integrated with a 4KW solar array, modern battery systems enable true grid independence during outages, seamlessly maintaining power to essential circuits. The impact is particularly evident in load-shifting capabilities, where stored solar energy can be strategically deployed during peak-rate periods, typically from 4 PM to 9 PM, resulting in substantial savings on time-of-use utility plans. Advanced battery systems demonstrate remarkable efficiency in peak shaving, automatically drawing from stored power when household demand spikes, effectively reducing demand charges in applicable regions.

Backup Power Scenarios

Real-world data from residential installations shows that homes with integrated battery storage achieve 80-90% solar self-consumption rates, compared to 30-40% without storage. A typical daily usage pattern reveals how storage bridges the gap between solar production and evening demand: while solar generation peaks around noon, batteries store excess production, releasing it during evening hours when household energy use typically doubles. This intelligent energy management ensures consistent power delivery even when solar production varies, maintaining system reliability at 99.9% for critical loads.

For a 4 kW system paired with a standard 10kWh battery, critical load coverage typically lasts 12-24 hours during outages, depending on usage patterns. The system’s automatic transfer switch activates within milliseconds of grid failure, ensuring uninterrupted power to pre-selected circuits. Recent weather-related outages in California demonstrated that homes with solar-plus-storage maintained essential operations for an average of 3.2 days, powering refrigeration, lighting, and communication devices throughout extended blackouts. This enhanced resilience transforms residential solar from a daytime-only power source into a comprehensive energy solution that supports modern household needs around the clock.

Total Cost of Ownership Analysis for Solar + Storage

Financing Options for Residential Energy Solutions

Understanding the total cost of ownership for a solar-plus-storage system requires careful consideration of multiple financial factors. Initial investment for a 4KW system with battery storage is typically high, but it is offset by cumulative energy savings over time. The system’s long-term value proposition becomes particularly compelling when factoring in rising utility rates, which have historically increased by 2-4% annually. Battery lifecycle costs, while significant, have decreased by approximately 85% over the past decade, making storage solutions increasingly cost-effective. Modern lithium-ion batteries maintain 70-80% of their original capacity after 15 years of regular use, ensuring sustained performance throughout the warranty period.

Current federal incentives through the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) cover 30% of the total system cost, including battery storage, significantly reducing initial expenses. Many states offer additional incentives, such as property tax exemptions and performance-based rebates, further improving the financial equation. When analyzing grid cost projections against solar-plus-storage expenses, most homeowners see complete system payback within 7-10 years, depending on local utility rates and consumption patterns. Maintenance costs remain minimal, typically requiring only annual inspections and potential inverter replacement after 10-12 years.

Regarding financing options, homeowners can choose between traditional solar loans, which often offer 5-20-year terms with interest rates ranging from 2.99% to 7.99%, and lease agreements that require little to no upfront investment. Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with storage components provide an alternative financing structure in which homeowners pay for generated power at a predetermined rate, typically 10-30% below utility prices. ROI calculations should consider not only direct energy savings but also potential revenue from grid services and increased property value, which studies show can add $4 per watt of installed solar capacity to home resale value. State-specific incentives vary significantly, with some regions offering additional battery storage rebates ranging from $200 to $500 per kilowatt-hour of capacity installed.

Solar System Optimization Through Strategic Battery Deployment

Strategic battery deployment transforms a standard 4KW solar system into an intelligent energy ecosystem. Modern energy management systems continuously analyze household consumption patterns and automatically adjust charging and discharging cycles to maximize efficiency. These systems learn from daily usage patterns, predicting peak-demand periods and preparing battery reserves accordingly. Weather-forecasting integration enables proactive storage management, ensuring sufficient backup power before storms and maximizing solar harvesting during clear weather. Advanced monitoring protocols track system performance across multiple parameters, including battery health, charging efficiency, and power flow optimization. Real-time data analysis enables automatic switching between power sources, prioritizing self-consumption during peak-rate periods. Software-driven optimization includes features such as selective load shedding during outages, intelligent charge-rate adjustment based on battery temperature, and automated grid export control. The system’s artificial intelligence continuously refines its operation, adapting to seasonal changes in solar production and evolving household energy patterns.

Tailoring Solutions for Specific Energy Needs

Effective system optimization begins with a comprehensive energy audit that examines 12-month consumption patterns and identifies peak usage periods. Load profile analysis reveals opportunities for demand shifting, while backup priority settings ensure critical systems maintain power during outages. EV charging integration requires careful consideration of charging schedules and power requirements, typically programming charging sessions during peak solar production hours. Future-proofing strategies include reserving inverter capacity for additional battery modules and ensuring communication protocols support upcoming smart home technologies. This systematic approach ensures the battery system grows with household needs while maintaining optimal performance.

Maximizing Home Energy Independence with Solar and Battery Integration

Battery storage integration fundamentally enhances 4KW residential solar systems, transforming them from simple power generators into comprehensive energy management solutions. The evidence clearly demonstrates improved resilience, with systems providing reliable backup power for multiple days during outages and enabling up to 90% solar self-consumption. From a financial perspective, despite the initial investment, the combination of federal incentives, declining battery costs, and rising utility rates creates compelling long-term value, with payback typically achieved within 7-10 years. The integration of smart energy management systems and strategic battery deployment optimizes system performance, adapting to household patterns and maximizing savings through automated load shifting and peak shaving. For residential energy managers considering solar installations, battery storage has evolved from an optional add-on to an essential component for maximizing system value and functionality. We recommend conducting a detailed energy audit and consulting with certified installers to develop a tailored storage solution that aligns with specific household needs and future expansion plans. By embracing battery storage technology, homeowners can achieve true energy independence while positioning themselves for continued advances in residential energy management.

How online casino operators are speeding into motorsports sponsorships

pexels.com

From Formula 1 to rallycross, internet gambling brands are stamping themselves on motorsports. But why is this fueling high-octane collaboration, and how are fans responding?

If you’ve attended a motorsport event in the last while, you’ve probably noticed something new; maybe it’s a shiny new livery on a vehicle, or a trackside banner promoting a gambling site you’ve never heard of before. Yes, online casino and betting websites are appearing big time on the motor racing scene. Be it Formula 1, MotoGP or even specialty racing circuits, these operators are betting on motor racing to reach greater audiences and tap into speed-crazed enthusiasts.

The union of motorsports and online gaming isn’t anything new but has picked up steam in recent times-and very deep pockets. Deep pockets of cash. So, what drives this surging trend and why does motor sport become such a popular sandbox for casino operators?

A new type of grid sponsor

For decades, carmakers, tech firms, and energy drinks owned the world of motorsport sponsorship. Yet over the past decade, the marketing industry has changed, and online casino sites have leapt into the fray. Stake, PokerStars, and Betway are just a few of the companies that have signed deals with motorsport teams, events, or drivers.

Betway, for instance, has come a long way toward building motorsport visibility. Although best known as an international bookmaking and app to place a bet, globally well-known in markets like South Africa, Betway also promotes responsible gambling behaviors and provides resources for support for those with addiction issues.

For enthusiasts looking to delve deeper into the world of casino games, understanding the rules is essential. A valuable resource for this is Uudanmark, which offers detailed guides on various casino games, roulette regler.

Why motorsports?

It’s not so much a matter of slapping logos on helmets or racing equipment. Motorsports are considered an almost ideal demographic by online gambling websites. Think about this: Auto racing fans are tech-savvy, number-crunching and drawn to high-risk, high-reward environments. That’s pretty close to the typical online casino or sportsbook player.

Unlike more mainstream sports such as soccer or baseball, motorsport provides an international, all-year-round stage with a sizable digital audience. From F1’s social media juggernaut to the specialist niche bases of rallycross or GT racing, gambling operators view these series as the very best opportunities for targeted interaction.

And then there’s the glitz factor. Monaco Grand Prix, for example, isn’t a race, it’s an event. A glitzy, A-list affair in which high-rollers, influencers and corporate executives mingle. For an online casino brand desiring prestige or entry into new markets, it’s a beauty contest.

From the pits to the podium

Team sponsorships are the most visible way online casino brands are moving into the motorsport arena. Stake.com shook the world with its high-profile deal with Alfa Romeo’s F1 team, renamed “Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber” in 2024. Similarly, PokerStars was ubiquitous surrounding Red Bull Racing’s garage last year.

Such sponsorships go way beyond ubiquitous logo placement. Casino brands usually get content access to the teams, social media shoutouts and VIP experiences they can offer to their users. It’s about creating rich tie-ins; picture exclusive meet-and-greets, branded gear or even virtual sweepstakes where winners receive race entries.

And the drivers themselves? They don’t appear to care. Some are happy to publicly announce their partnerships, at times appearing in sponsored social media posts or making an appearance at brand functions. While there is always the fear about being overly promotional of gambling within sports that have young audiences, the majority of teams focus on the fact that the operators they partner with are licensed and encourage responsible gaming.

Race control: The regulation game

But it is not all smooth sailing. In some countries, sport gambling sponsorship rules are becoming more stringent. The UK has balanced stricter controls on gambling promotions at football, and the same degree of attention may trickle down to motorsport.

F1 itself took a conservative line, at one point limiting tobacco and alcohol sponsorships due to morality concerns. Whether gambling would have an equally chastening experience is questionable. Some leagues already require teams to display disclaimers or feature responsible gaming messages in advertisements.

One of Betway’s websites that has most often been associated with it offers South African users resources particularly, coupling betting services with informative advice on how to gamble responsibly. It’s an act some argue is a sign that the industry is going in a more responsible way, taking the risks but still operating.

A double-edged sword?

Not all people are thrilled with casino sponsorship of racing. Others claim that it simply normalizes the concept of gambling, bringing more youthful followers who might be inspired by the sport’s recent glamour and online popularity. Racing was always a game of risk, but some fear linking that thrill directly to gambling might walk a little too far into the line.

Meanwhile, defenders argue that online casinos are legitimate, regulated businesses, no different from any other type of entertainment business. As long as they play by the rules and promote good behavior, what’s the harm?

Economically, the infusion of gambling funds cannot be ignored. For low-level F1 teams or private rally drivers, a casino sponsorship might be the difference between staying in the game or folding.

What’s next?

Motorsport is leveraged to commercial sponsorship, and the growth of online casino investment could barely be seen as an unwarranted development for the sport. Whether it is a bad thing or not will be found out through whether the sport is handled by industry responsibly, transparently and with thought to fan well-being.

As long as there is speed, competition and the excitement of winning, there will be companies that want to be seen with that attitude. And for online casino businesses, motorsport is not just flash cars and name-branding, it is a way of getting in touch with a global fanbase of enthusiastic people where risk is part of the process.

In a sport where it’s fractions of a second that make champions, maybe it shouldn’t be so surprising that casino brands, predicated on luck, strategy and high stakes, are racing onto the track.

ERIK JONES
NO. 43 DOLLAR TREE TOYOTA CAMRY XSE
12TH AT WATKINS GLEN: Jones rallied last weekend after starting 29th in Sunday’s Go Bowling at The Glen in Watkins Glen (N.Y.) International. While he initially stayed running in the late 20s for position, Jones found speed and a solid strategy in Stage 2 where he was in the running for stage points on the last lap. Contact with another car unfortunately sent him off course and forced him to settle for a 18th-place result in Stage 2, but he was determined in the final stage to overcome this issue. He restarted the final stage in 37th but wasted no time in his pursuit. He was running 10th just 14 laps into the final stage and then used his pit strategy to stay out and run as high as third before taking his final stop. In a steady run toward the front in the final laps, Jones raced his way from 27th to 14th by the time he saw the white flag. On the final lap of the race, he avoided chaos among the cars in front of him to gain another two spots and finish 12th at Watkins Glen.

JONES RICHMOND STATS: Saturday night’s Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway will mark Erik Jones’ 16th NASCAR Cup Series start at the .75-mile oval. In his prior 15 starts, Jones earned a best finish of sixth in September 2017 after starting 10th. Fans can still purchase their own Oscar plush at ErikJonesRacing.com or at the NASCAR Classics merchandise hauler at the racetrack.

ERIK JONES QUOTE
“Richmond has always been an interesting place for us. It’s a very difficult short track that is very slick and really worn out, so it’s not easy to get your car driving good. It’s always a challenge, but now with the soft tire, it’ll be interesting. We’re limited on the sets that we get, so I don’t really know if there are enough for the race with how fast they’ll wear so we’ll have to do a lot of tire management to make it through the whole race. That should throw in a different kind of curveball for the race, but it should be fun to try to get through and manage that to see where you end up in the end.”

BEN BESHORE QUOTE
“Hopefully for Richmond, we can build on some of the things we learned at Iowa a few weeks ago. I know it’s a little different on the tires since Richmond has a ton of tire fall off. Strategy is going to come into play there. You’re typically on the fence of how many times you’re going to stop in each stage, so trying to play to how much tire fall of there is versus the amount of time you’re giving up on pit road. Whether the lap time gained is enough to overcome the pit stop time. There’s also always the risk of an untimely caution at a certain point in the race. We’ll be looking at all of that a lot. It’s a little bit of an unknown as they’re using that option tire from last year, but now we’re running it the whole race. You’re really going to have to manage your tires – so you can’t just fire off and go as hard as you can on new tires. If you do, you’ll wear your stuff out in 50 laps and be paying for it the last half of the run. The key is pacing yourself and having a car that is handling good so you’re not having to run hard to keep up. You want to be able to pace yourself a bit to have some tire at the end of the run to hopefully pass those guys that had to go too hard early.”

CLUB APPEARANCES:
Nemechek will visit the fan zone on Friday, Aug. 15 to participate in Family Feud at the NASCAR Experience Stage at 3:00 p.m. local time. He will also be at the NASCAR Classics trackside merchandise rig to sign for fans at 3:30 p.m. local time before visiting the Toyota Gazoo Racing display for a Q&A session at 4:20 p.m. local time on Saturday, Aug. 16.
