Kyle Larson headlines a growing list of Cup and Xfinity Series competitors who will be pulling double duty efforts between the ARCA Menards Series West, Xfinity and Cup weekend events in Sonoma, California.

Kyle Busch started on the pole at World Wide Technology Raceway and won Stage 1 on his way to the win in the Enjoy Illinois 300. Busch managed several restarts down the stretch and repelled the challenge of Kyle Larson.

This weekend the NASCAR Cup and the CRAFTSMAN Truck Series teams head to World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway as the Xfinity Series and ARCA Menards Series West travel to Portland International Raceway for a full weekend of racing.

The 2012 Cup Series champion from Rochester Hills, Michigan, is set to become the 46th different competitor to achieve 500 career starts in NASCAR's premier series.

Byron started from the pole at Charlotte and was strong throughout, but was one-upped by Ryan Blaney for the win and settled for the runner-up spot.

The 2020 Cup Series champion has been suspended from competing in this weekend's event at Gateway following an on-track retaliatory incident involving Denny Hamlin during Monday's Coke 600.

The 29-year-old Blaney from High Point, North Carolina, led a race-high 163 of 400 laps and withstood trials and challenges from Mother Nature to the on-track chaos to snap a 59-race winless drought in NASCAR's longest event on the schedule.

NASCAR's longest event on the schedule has been postponed for the first time since 2009 due to inclement weather and will be part of an Xfinity-Cup doubleheader feature on Memorial Day.

The Xfinity Series' Alsco Uniforms 300 at Charlotte has been postponed to Monday with a noon ET start time while Byron was awarded pole position for Sunday's Coke 600 per a metric formula due to inclement weather.
