NASCAR Cup Series

The second race of the NASCAR playoffs will take place this Sunday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Matt DiBenedetto and the Go Fas Racing team will be representing Ford EcoBoost with a blue and white scheme that will look familiar to Ford Racing fans. This will be the first race of the 2017 season that Ford EcoBoost will be listed as the primary sponsor of the No.32 Ford.

This weekend the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series heads to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the second playoff race in the Round of 16. Martin Truex Jr. secured his spot in the next round with his win at Chicagoland while Kurt Busch, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Kasey Kahne and Ryan Newman are below the cutoff for transfer into the Round of 12.

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series travels to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the second playoff race in the Round of 16. They are joined by the Camping World Truck Series as it begins its playoff series with the Round of 8. The NASCAR XFINITY Series heads to Kentucky Speedway for its first playoff race in the Round of 12.

Michael McDowell is looking to earn his best finish at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) for the ISM Connect 300 this weekend. In the midst of a season of bests for McDowell and Leavine Family Racing (LFR), McDowell has recorded 13 Top-20 finishes, many of which were track bests for the 32-year old Phoenix native.

Talladega Superspeedway has hosted 96 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) races since it opened in September 1969. Over that time frame, a Chevrolet has pulled into Gatorade Victory Lane an astounding track record 40 times. When NASCAR roars into Talladega for the Alabama 500 playoff event on Sunday, Oct. 15, Chevrolet and the bowtie brigade are hoping to add another notch in the Talladega belt.

Aric Almirola and the No. 43 Smithfield Ford team will head to New Hampshire for the final fall event at the mile-track. The team has some good finishes at the short track. They struggled with the handling earlier this year but have worked on getting a good setup to unload this weekend.

Everyone is super excited about going to Loudon, New Hampshire for the big event on Sunday. Okay, Alan Gustafson is not. Is not going, that is. Chase Elliott was second in Chicago, leaving him sixth in points. That was then. Now, he is eighth in points. If your car fails post-race inspection, sometimes they take away 15 points, along with your crew chief for a week.

Roush Fenway Racing returns to northern New England as the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) prepares to tackle New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the second time in the 2017 season. A Roush Fenway Ford has earned nine victories at the 1.058-mile oval. Also, it is pronounced ‘Cahncahd,’ not ‘Concord.’
