For the first time in NASCAR’s history, all three NASCAR national series will head to Austin, Texas, to take on the Circuit of The Americas (COTA).

Earlier this week, Coca-Cola Racing Family driver Joey Logano met virtually with troops from American Forces Network Pacific and the U.S. Army 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade from Japan, as part of Charlotte Motor Speedway’s virtual Mission 600.

Matt DiBenedetto and the No. 21 Menards/Quaker State Mustang will be a part of the inaugural NASCAR race at the Circuit of the Americas, a 20-turn, 3.41-mile road course in Austin, Texas.

Earlier today, Roush Fenway Racing announced a multi-year extension with sponsor Fastenal. Following is a transcript of the Q&A portion of the press conference, which featured driver Chris Buescher, Roush Fenway president Steve Newmark and Fastenal president and CEO Dan Florness.

Fastenal, who has served as an anchor partner of Roush Fenway Racing for more than a decade, has announced it is extending its relationship and will continue as the anchor partner on Jack Roush’s No. 17 Ford Mustang driven by Chris Buescher.

This weekend marks NASCAR’s inaugural event at Circuit of the Americas. All three national touring series will hold their debut race at the 3.426-mile road course this weekend.
