In 135 starts at Pocono Raceway, RCR team owner Richard Childress has two wins, both with Dale Earnhardt, who won on July 19, 1987 and July 18, 1993. Part Failure Relegates McClure to 36th-place Finish at IMS

Eric McClure faced an uphill battle in Saturday's Lilly Diabetes 250 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It started when the team discovered a broken right-front hub following time trials Saturday afternoon that made them forfeit their 28th starting spot and ended with a power steering pump failure during the 100-lap race that relegated the team to a 36th-place finish. Despite the finish, McClure was able to maintain the 19th position in NASCAR Driver Standings.
