TriStar Motorsports – Subway Firecracker 250 Pre-Race Report Daytona International Speedway

The TriStar Motorsports Toyota Camrys are racing under the lights this weekend as the NASCAR Nationwide Series heads to Daytona International Speedway for the Subway Firecracker 250. TriStar Motorsports will field five entries for the 16th race of the 2014 season.

TriStar Motorsports Looking to “Knock One Out of the Park” with the Addition of Benny Gordon to the Daytona Roster

TriStar Motorsports and BWP Bats will team up to furnish a fifth entry for the Subway Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway. Benny Gordon will be in the cockpit of the No. 91 Toyota Camry for his second NASCAR Nationwide Series career start at the 2.5-mile tri-oval.

McClure Looking for Solid Run at DIS

For the first time this season, the NASCAR Nationwide Series returns to a track for the second time and it happens to be one of Eric McClure's favorite tracks. This weekend will mark McClure's 240th-career Nationwide Series start and his 17th at the 2.5-mile track. In 16 starts, the Virginia driver has led three laps and has completed 90.2% of the total laps attempted (1778). He has an average finish of 28.7 and has posted one top-10 finish.

RAB Racing No. 99 Toyota Care Toyota Camry NNS Preview: Daytona International Speedway

James Buescher returns to Daytona International Speedway (DIS) for the second of two races this season. During the first outing, Buescher and his No. 99 team were running solidly in the top-five when Buescher received a pass-through penalty. Buescher has five previous NASCAR Nationwide Series starts at DIS. In those five starts he has recorded one win and three top-10 finishes, including a second-place finish last July.

Team Penske Subway Firecracker 250 Race Preview

Joey Logano had thought he was going to be back in the NASCAR Nationwide Series last weekend at Kentucky. But a change of plans put teammate Brad Keselowski in the car. Now, Logano is back in the No. 22 Discount Tire Ford Mustang at Daytona and is also scheduled to run at Indianapolis and Watkins Glen in the coming weeks.
