Mike Wallace returns to Dover International Speedway this weekend with a target in mind.In the Nationwide Series’ last visit to the fast one-mile track, Wallace recorded a disappointing 31st-place run. He’s looking for more in Saturday’s 5-Hour Energy 200 as the season winds into its closing weeks.

Preseason Thunder, the annual test session held at Daytona International Speedway in preparation for the season-opening races at the 2.5-mile superspeedway, will expand in 2014 to include all three NASCAR national series – the NASCAR Sprint Cup, NASCAR Nationwide and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

One of the most recognizable structures in all of motorsports today received a new addition, as the Monster Monument in Victory Plaza at Dover International Speedway now features a “Gen 6” Toyota Camry in the Monster’s hand, just in time for the Sept. 27-29, 2013 NASCAR race weekend.

Kentucky Recap…With only one race under his belt since returning from an acute renal failure diagnosis after Watkins Glen in August, Eric McClure posted a 24th-place finish at Kentucky Speedway after battling handling issues most of the night. With this finish, both he and his team were able to maintain their respective spots in the NASCAR point standings.

Alex Bowman will pilot RAB Racing Chassis No. 40 in Saturday's 5-Hour Energy 200 at Dover International Speedway. This chassis last saw action at Richmond International Raceway where Bowman started sixth and finished 15th.

Driver of the No. 44 CBC Framing, Inc. Camry for TriStar Motorsports Cole Whitt earned his third top-10 finish in Saturday night's NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Kentucky Speedway. Whitt started in the 18th position and as soon as the green flag dropped he climbed five spots and was 13th by lap 10. Whitt drove from the back twice in the 200 lap event after loosing numerous spots on pit road.

Driver of the No. 19 Toyota Camry for TriStar Motorsports Mike Bliss finished 26th in Saturday night's NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Kentucky Speedway. The Oregon native started in the 23rd position and set his sights on the front of the field until the competition caution on lap 25. The conditions of Bliss' Toyota Camry went from loose to tight throughout the 200 lap event.

Elliott Sadler and the No. 11 OneMain Financial team head back to Dover International Speedway looking for revenge on the Monster Mile. In the NASCAR Nationwide Series, Sadler has made 11 starts at the track, including one pole award, one top-five and five top-10 finishes, as well as 11 laps led. In the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Sadler made 24 starts, including 188 laps led and one top-10 finish. He also made one start in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, but a crash relegated him to a 24th-place finish in 2010.
