The NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) has home field advantage this weekend as they return to the hub of NASCAR, Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway. The mile-and-a-half track is a favorite stop on the circuit for drivers and crew members, who often get to share the experience with their families and friends.

Leavine Family Racing (LFR) will make its NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) debut on Friday, Oct. 11 in the Dollar General 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway with Reed Sorenson, who will drive the No. 95 Ford Mustang at the 1.5-mile speedway in Concord, N.C.

Nelson Piquet Jr. will make his second career NNS start at the 1.5-mile oval on Friday night, having previously finished 16th in the first race of the 2013 season held at CMS in May.

Bliss Capitalizes to Finish 13th in Kansas Lottery 300

TriStar Motorsports driver Mike Bliss made his 10th NASCAR Nationwide Series start at Kansas Speedway on Saturday afternoon. Starting from the 21st position Bliss had a car that was near flawless to the conditions of the 1.5-mile tri-oval. Crew Chief Paul Clapprood and the No. 19 crew made minimal adjustments throughout the 200 lap event.
