Camry driver Kyle Busch claimed a fourth-place result in Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Chicagoland Speedway, and his Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) teammate Joey Logano crossed the finish line seventh. 'Chase for the Sprint Cup' contenders Martin Truex Jr. (ninth) and Clint Bowyer (10th) also earned top-10 finishes, while Denny Hamlin posted a 16th-place showing on the 1.5-mile track. In Saturday's NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) race in Chicago, both Busch (second) and pole-winner Logano (10th) claimed top-10 results in the 200th NNS event for the Toyota Camry.

GC Motorsports International announced today that JJ Yeley and the no. 27 NASCAR Nationwide Series team have joined forces with the Delaware Office of Highway Safety for the “Drive Sober. Arrive Alive DE” promotion during the NASCAR Nationwide Series Race on Saturday, September 29th at Dover International Speedway.

This weekend, Roush Fenway takes its Chase hopes to New Hampshire Motor Speedway, where it will look for a strong follow-up to last week’s outing at Chicagoland.

Mike Wallace and the No. 01 Chevrolet team of JD Motorsports w/Gary Keller head to the Bluegrass State looking to keep the good rolling and going at Kentucky Speedway this Saturday for their NASCAR Nationwide Series race.

JR Motorsports director of competition, Ryan Pemberton, will serve as interim crew chief for the No. 7 GoDaddy.com team and driver Danica Patrick this weekend in the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Kentucky Speedway, general manager Kelley Earnhardt-Miller confirmed today. Earnhardt-Miller said a crew chief for the team beyond this weekend has not been determined.

Earlier this year, we didn’t make the right adjustments but we’ve learned from that so I feel we will be a strong contender this weekend. Chicagoland II - It was a busy week for Justin Allgaier as he headed home to the Chicago area prior to last weekend's race at Chicagoland Speedway. He and the BRANDT Racing team were prepared to better the third-place finish they scored earlier in the season. The team was well on its way to achieving this goal after two solid practice sessions and a 10th-place qualifying effort. Unfortunately, late-race contact with another competitor, as well as the outside wall, broke Allgaier's momentum while racing in the top-10. He went on to finish 11th.
