Joey Logano / No. 18 Sport Clips Toyota NNS Preview – Dover International Speedway

WELCOME BACK SPORT CLIPS: Sport Clips, a national sport-themed hair-care franchise for men and boys founded in 1993 with nearly 1,000 stores nationwide, will make its final appearance of 2012 with the Joe Gibbs Racing Nationwide Series program on Saturday afternoon with Joey Logano and the No. 18 Toyota. Sport Clips, who has a rich history with Joe Gibbs Racing, has sponsored Logano’s JGR teammate Denny Hamlin in five Nationwide Series races this season – Texas, Darlington, Charlotte, Indianapolis and Richmond. In those three races, Hamlin has brought home finishes of fourth, second, second, fourth and fourth respectively. In Logano’s one other Sport Clips race this season, he brought the No. 20 Sport Clips Toyota home to a fifth-place finish at Daytona in the summer event at the track. Sport Clips also sponsored Hamlin in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series events at Darlington, where he finished second, and Atlanta, where he picked up his fourth Sprint Cup win of the season. Sport Clips also sponsored up-and-coming JGR driver Drew Herring at Kentucky Speedway last weekend, where Herring finished fourth.

RCR Team Advance – Dover International Speedway and Las Vegas Motor Speedway

RCR has earned four NASCAR Sprint Cup Series wins at Dover International Speedway, most recently in September 2006 when Jeff Burton drove the No. 31 Chevrolet to Victory Lane in the Dover 400. Three additional victories came with Dale Earnhardt behind the wheel, winning both events at the "Monster Mile" in 1989 as well as the spring race in 1993. RCR has earned one pole award, 23 top-five and 49 top-10 finishes in 132 combined starts at the high-banked, one-mile oval. Childress, a former driver in NASCAR's top division, contributed three of those top 10s from 1976-1980.

A strong run by Monster Energy athlete Kurt Busch led the team to believe a victory was possible, until mechanical failure sidelined their goal.

Bowman Posts 25th-Place Finish at Kentucky

The No. 99 Penserra Securities/ Allegiant Air Toyota Camry, piloted by Alex Bowman, had a strong run in the early going of Saturday's Kentucky 300 at Kentucky Speedway, but a part failure left the team with a 25th-place finish.

Jason Bowles and his MacDonald Motorsports team were in need of a strong finish, and that is exactly what they got Saturday afternoon in the Kentucky 300. With new partner Thrush & Son Complete Home Improvement and HI-Technologies on the No. 81, Bowles recovered from a pit road penalty to register a 16th place finish.

Richard Petty Motorsports Nationwide Race Report – Kentucky

Race Summary: Michael Annett started the Kentucky 300 at Kentucky Speedway from the fifth spot – his best start of the season. Dillon scores second career NASCAR Nationwide Series win at Kentucky

Austin Dillon, driver of the No.3 Advocare Chevrolet, started from the pole for the second time this year at Kentucky Speedway in the Kentucky 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race, with a speed of 177.264 mph and scored his second career win at Kentucky. "We have a hot rod. This car runs good here. I've figured something out with the line. I'm just very confident at this track", said Dillon after his pole winning run.
