Bristol Motor Speedway’s upcoming triple header continues to be cause for added celebration for one locally owned and operated grocery chain. Twenty years ago, Food City signed on as the title sponsor of the March Food City 500 Sprint Cup event, as well as the August Food City 250 Nationwide Series race.

Victor Gonzalez, Jr. struggled with a multitude of handling issues throughout Saturday's Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen International, but persevered to bring his No. 99 Delta Commercial/IMCA Toyota Camry to the checkered flag in the 16th position.

His teammate for the weekend, Daryl Harr driving the No. 4 iWorld.com/Tradebank Chevrolet, gained eight spots from where he started to finish 30th.

Miguel Paludo got behind the wheel of a NASCAR Nationwide Series car for only the second time in his career, tackling the road course circuit of Watkins Glen International. After fighting a free racecar and having to make an unscheduled pit stop for debris on the grille, Paludo brought the No. 30 Duroline Chevrolet home in the 13th position.

In his only NASCAR Nationwide Series road race of the year, Joey Logano qualified his No. 18 GameStop/BuyMyTronics.com Toyota in the sixth position for Saturday afternoon’s race.

Annett finished the 200.9-mile race in 11th place, marking his 18th top-15 finish and 13th finish of 11th or better this season

I can’t say thank you enough to the fans that come out and support this sport. We rode around in the infield yesterday around all the campgrounds and everybody was so nice. It seems like everybody is having a really good time out here, so I appreciate that. Subway came on board to do this race.

Camry driver Kyle Busch (sixth) was the highest-finishing Toyota driver in Saturday's NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) race at Watkins Glen International.

Carl Edwards comes back to the Nationwide Series (NNS) and what does he do? He Wins! Edwards led nine laps in Saturday's Zippo 200 at The Glen and took over the lead with two laps remaining to earn his 38th career and the first win in 2012.
