With the Auto Club 400 only already upon us, preparing for this once a year NASCAR style extravaganza in Fontana, California, has been in the planning stages since Kevin Harvick crossed the finish in last year’s upset over hometown favorite Jimmie Johnson.

Mike Wallace headed into the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Auto Club Speedway without a sponsor, but with high hopes for a good finish.

Joey Logano earned his 10th NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) victory in Saturday's race at Auto Club Speedway of Southern California. Logano started on the pole and led eight times for 92 laps (of 150) at the two-mile race track.

Michael Annett started the 150-lap NASCAR Nationwide Series event at Auto Club Speedway from the 16th position. Annett finished the Royal Purple 300 as follows:

Polesitter Joey Logano regained the race lead with 12 laps remaining in Saturday’s NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) race at Auto Club Speedway and held off Ricky Stenhouse Jr. for his first NNS win of the season.

Brad Keselowski (No. 22 Discount Tire Dodge Challenger R/T) Finished 3rd “We started off really strong and drove off to the lead. Things were looking really good and we had a great day going."

RICKY STENHOUSE JR. – No. 6 Roush Fenway Racing 25th Anniversary Ford Mustang – “It was a great day. It was a fun day. The race track was really racy. It’s just a bummer that we ended up two spots short, but I’ve got to thank all the guys for working hard on this."

NFL and reality star Hank Baskett will serve as Honorary Starter for the Royal Purple 300 NNS race at Auto Club Speedway on Saturday, March 24.

For Trevor Bayne, this season has been a roller coaster ride as well he has run well, there is a question as to how many races he is going to be able to compete in this season.
