Austin Dillon passed Aric Almirola on the backstretch of the final lap in NASCAR overtime to win the 60th running of the Daytona 500. Dillon returned the No. 3 Chevrolet to Victory Lane in The Great American Race 20 years to the weekend the man who made the No. 3 car famous – Dale Earnhardt – won his lone Daytona 500.

Self on Racing at Atlanta:  “I’m looking forward to going back to Atlanta. It’s one of the most unique race tracks on the circuit, especially with its aging surface. We made great strides during the race a couple years ago and I think after a few laps on Friday, we can get our Niece Motorsports team in that same position.”

Akinori Ogata returns to Truck Series competition at Atlanta Motor Speedway

Veteran racer Akinori Ogata (@AkinoriOgata) returns to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) trail this weekend at Atlanta (Ga.) Motor Speedway driving the No. 63 MB Motorsports Chevrolet Silverado for Saturday afternoon’s Active Pest Control 200 benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Coughlin will pilot chassis no. 118, which he used this year at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Open Test. This chassis was also utilized by Johnny Sauter five times throughout the 2017 season, earning four top-five and five top-10 finishes, including his win at Dover International Speedway.
