Stewart Friesen and the Halmar Friesen Racing team head to Kansas City, Kansas, this weekend to compete in the fourth race of the 2017 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) season.

After the disappointment of getting caught up in a Lap 2 crash in the season-opener at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway, Young’s Motorsports driver Tyler Young has never been so ready to get back behind the wheel in Friday’s Toyota Tundra 250 at Kansas Speedway.

Self has one start at Kansas Speedway in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, occurring last May. Self started 29th and finished 25th. Self also has two ARCA Racing Series starts at the 1.5-mile track, with his best finish of 12th coming in 2015.

News and notes: This will be Spencer Boyd’s first start at Kansas Speedway. The race is also a bit of homecoming for Boyd, a Missouri native, with several friends and family in attendance. Along for the ride is new associate sponsor, Excessive Carts as well as Lilly Trucking and Bubba Burger. Fans can find Spencer “Cruisin’ the Campground” throughout the weekend in his custom golf cart and at the NASCAR Camping World Truck series autograph session at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.

Reikken has renewed its partnership for a third year with MB Motorsports, the sole surviving original team in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

Austin Wayne Self will join Niece Motorsports at Kansas Speedway, piloting the No. 45 Chevrolet Silverado for the Friday night NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) event.

MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- Action sports legend Travis Pastrana will join Niece Motorsports for select events during the 2017 season, kicking off with a test on Tuesday at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the No. 45 Chevy Silverado.

Dover International Speedway and Sea Watch International, ltd. have reached an agreement for Bar Harbor® Foods to serve as the entitlement sponsor for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race on Friday, June 2, track and Sea Watch officials announced today.

The three veteran Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) Camry drivers have multiple MENCS wins at Texas Motor Speedway … Busch won at the track in April 2013 and again last spring, while Denny Hamlin has swept both Texas Cup races in 2010 and Matt Kenseth won twice at the track prior to joining JGR and Toyota (April 2002, April 2011)
