Nashville, TN, Nov. 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — American Rebel Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AREB), maker of American Rebel LightAmerica’s Fastest Growing Beer—celebrates Matt Hagan’s victory at the 25th Annual Dodge NHRA Nevada Nationals powered by Direct Connection at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Hagan defeated Austin Prock in the final with a 3.877-second pass at 327.03 mph in the American Rebel Light Beer Dodge//SRT Hellcat Funny Car, capping a weekend of wall-to-wall brand visibility for American Rebel Light on-site at the track and on national television.

Andy Ross, CEO, American Rebel Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AREB)

Motorsports places the American Rebel brand in front of fans who live the American Rebel lifestyle. They see the four-time world champion Matt Hagan – a true American Rebel – driving the American Rebel Light Beer Dodge//SRT Hellcat Funny Car to a win on Sunday and then they pick up our beer on Monday. That’s how you turn race-day passion into lifelong customers—a winning team like Matt, Tony and Leahthe right fans, the right message, and a beer that tastes like freedom.

Congratulations to Matt Hagan and the entire TSR Nitro team—when you win, we celebrate with an American Rebel Light Beer ‘Can in our Hand,’ raised high. That’s how you close out Vegas.

Fans keep coming up to ask where they can buy American Rebel Light. That tells you the partnership is working—they saw us win, now they want the beer. It’s awesome.”

Matt Hagan, Driver, American Rebel Light Beer Dodge//SRT Hellcat Funny Car

It was a ‘have to win’ race for usI’m super proud of my guys—Mike Knudson, Phil Shuler, Alex Conaway, and the whole TSR crew. Crew chiefs win races; I just jump on the pedal and go. All of our major partners—Dodge, Direct Connection, American Rebel Beer, Johnson Horsepowered Garage—were there to share it. This fight isn’t over, and we’ll be ready for Pomona.

It’s been amazing having American Rebel Beer—be a part of Tony Stewart Racing. This partnership has been huge. We started the relationship years ago, won a championship with American Rebel, and now we’ve got two wins out of the first three races this season with American Rebel on the side of the car.

Having everyone there, and the support Andy and his team brings out, is incredible. We’re really excited to chase down our fifth championship. We’re currently second in points heading into Pomona, and the energy is strong.

Watching the brand grow has been amazing. As much as we’ve won on the racetrack—races, championships, all of it—it’s just as awesome to see the people behind the scenes at American Rebel working to build this into the huge beer brand it’s becoming.

I’m excited to see where the future takes us. Hopefully we can pull down our fifth championship. American Rebel has been a huge supporter of everything we’re doing here at TSR Racing, and we couldn’t do it without them.

Helping grow the brand has been amazing—meeting distributors at the racetrack, opening new states, stocking shelves. Watching the brand grow has been incredible.”

2025 Momentum: American Rebel Winning On the Track and Off the Track – American Rebel Light Beer National Motorsports Sponsorship are Accelerating ‘Rebel Light’ Distribution Growth and Retail Placements

American Rebel’s alignment with TSR Nitro (Tony Stewart Racing) is built to win on the track and off the track—pairing elite on-camera race exposure with retail activation and top-tier distribution growth. From staging lanes to store shelves, the same fans who watch our car win are asking for American Rebel Light in their home markets, and our expanding network of distributors and retail partners is answering that call. With millions of total broadcast and at-track impressions accrued across the NHRA season, American Rebel Light is turning racing passion into trial, repeat purchase, and long-term brand loyalty—and we will continue to scale that momentum in 2026 with TSR Nitro (Funny Car, Top Fuel) and John Hall (Pro Stock Motorcycle)

Andy Ross on John Hall (American Rebel Pro Stock Motorcycle)

John Hall embodies what the American Rebel Motorsports Sponsorships are all about—winning on the racetrack and winning in the market. He’s taken the American Rebel Pro Stock Motorcycle to multiple victories this year, and off the track he’s the owner of the largest independent Anheuser-Busch distributor in Connecticut—a top-tier distribution partner for American Rebel Beer. John understands the NHRA fan base and the retail playbook, and he’s helping us bring American Rebel Light to more shelves and more cold boxes every week.”

John Hall’s 2025 wins on the American Rebel Pro Stock Motorcycle

2 NHRA national-event victories

  • June 29 – Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals (Norwalk, OH)
Hall snapped a 12-year drought, taking the Wally on his American Rebel Light Buell with a 6.880 sec / 196.67 mph pass in the final over Richard Gadson—his first NHRA win since 2013 and third of his career.
  • Sept. 14 – 40th NHRA Reading Nationals (Maple Grove Raceway, PA)
Hall scored his second win of the season, defeating teammate Matt Smith in the final with a 6.802 sec / 199.70 mph run on the American Rebel Light/MSR Buell; it was his first Maple Grove victory and kicked off the Countdown with a statement.

Why the American Rebel Light Beer x Motorsports Strategy Works

  • Audience alignment: NHRA fans value freedom, horsepower, authenticity—the same attributes we print on every American Rebel Light can.
  • High-impact visibility: Round-by-round national TV plus selective at-track experiences keep the brand top-of-mind before, during, and after race day—and now again via FOX Sports replays.
  • Conversion engine: On-site engagement + retail tie-ins + social amplification move fans from the grandstands to the cold box—from first sip to repeat buyer.
  • Repeatable momentum into 2026: Our national sponsorship with TSR Nitro—Matt Hagan, and Leah Pruett—continues in 2026, providing a scalable platform to expand household penetration, distribution coverage, and brand advocacy.

Distribution Expansion Powering National Rollout

Building on our recent NBWA news, American Rebel Beer is onboarding top-tier distribution partners across the U.S. We expect near-national coverage in the latter half 2026, enabling full national retail rollouts with several high-profile retailers already engaged in regions where distribution is active.

Fans at the track consistently ask where to find American Rebel Light in their own markets; with each new distributor and retail authorization and placements, we’re giving them the chance to “raise a can of American Rebel Light” to every win—starting with Matt Hagan’s 2025 Nevada Nationals victory.

Familiar Faces to Fill Corvette GTD PRO Driver Lineup for 2026

Kirchhöfer joins experienced lineup for three key IMSA endurance events

DETROIT (November 4, 2025) – The driver lineups for Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports is set for 2026 with a roster of six Corvette factory drivers set to challenge for another GTD PRO title in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and victories in the biggest races of the season.

The core lineup from 2025 remains unchanged for next season. Defending GTD PRO champions Antonio Garcia and Alexander Sims will share the No. 3 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R for the full 10-round GTD PRO season while Tommy Milner and Nicky Catsburg team in the No. 4 Corvette for the second straight season.

The quartet combined for nine podiums during the 2025 season – including second and third at Petit Le Mans – as the Corvette program swept the Manufacturers, Drivers and Teams championships in GTD PRO.

Garcia and Sims won overall at VIR and recorded five additional podiums while Milner and Catsburg were runners-up at both Petit Le Mans and the Chevrolet Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.

Experience isn’t lacking in the full-season lineup. Not only are all four drivers back for the third consecutive season, 2026 will mark Garcia’s 18th year and Milner’s 16th season as Corvette Racing factory drivers.

For the season’s three biggest races – the Rolex 24 At Daytona, Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring and Petit Le Mans – Nico Varrone, 2023 FIA WEC GTE Am champion with Corvette Racing, will return to the No. 4 Corvette with Milner and Catsburg. In the No. 3, Marvin Kirchhöfer is joining Garcia and Sims in a Pro-class Corvette for the first time.

Kirchhöfer raced just once in a Corvette Z06 GT3.R last year, but he made it count as part of the winning GTD lineup at the Rolex 24 for Corvette team AWA. He is testing with the Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports team this week.

The Rolex 24 At Daytona kicks off the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season is scheduled for January 21-25 at Daytona International Speedway. The annual Roar Before the 24 test days will take place the weekend prior from January 16-18.

ANTONIO GARCIA, NO. 3 CHEVROLET CORVETTE Z06 GT3.R: “Our 2025 was very good. It is hard to find a lot wrong when we swept the GTD PRO championship. But it will be a new season soon and we have several goals as a team. Winning my seventh championship is part of that but we also want to get back to winning the big races now like Daytona and Sebring. Across both lineups we have everything we need. The driver groups are strong and the Corvette going into its third year keeps getting better. Alex and I obviously get along great and work very well together. Adding such a strong driver like Marvin makes us that much stronger, and I’m looking forward to having him with us.”

ALEXANDER SIMS, NO. 3 CHEVROLET CORVETTE Z06 GT3.R: “I’m really happy to be back with the Corvette and Pratt Miller group again for next year. It’s been a great couple of seasons with them full-time and obviously last year was fantastic in winning all three GTD PRO championships. We obviously have a very strong and experienced team on both sides so our expectations are high. It’s a pleasure to be back with Antonio and to race with Marvin, who is someone we all recognize as highly talented and very fast. It will be nice to have his experience in the lineup. There’s no reason that we shouldn’t contend for another championship and hopefully some key race wins, starting with Daytona.”

MARVIN KIRCHHÖFER, NO. 3 CHEVROLET CORVETTE Z06 GT3.R: “I’m very honored and privileged to be part of such a great team and manufacturer in IMSA. Racing for a team like Pratt Miller and representing Chevrolet and Corvette as a brand is something that we European guys dream of. There’s nothing better than to be racing in the IMSA championship. I’m very excited to start this next chapter in my life. It obviously got off to a great start earlier this year in Daytona with AWA and winning in my first time in the Corvette Z06 GT3.R. I’m very excited for the things that are going to come in the future. I genuinely enjoyed working with everyone on the program from Chevrolet and GM. There’s great, great potential. The team has shown it already winning the GTD PRO championship this year, which was a great effort. I followed the race and was very happy that the guys got the title. I’m really excited, looking forward and feeling very pumped and motivated to get this new chapter started. I can’t wait to have the first crack at the race in Daytona next year.”

TOMMY MILNER, NO. 4 CHEVROLET CORVETTE Z06 GT3.R: “I’m excited to be back again for another full season with Corvette Racing and with Pratt Miller. Last year was a great season for the team, but I think Nicky and I would like to enjoy a little bit more success than we had this year. I felt like we were on a good path there toward the second half of the season. The second place at Petit Le Mans was a good example of that. Obviously it’s great to have Nico back again with us in the 4 car again. I’m excited for his future as well with his F2 program. It’s great to have him stay true to its roots in sports cars and with Corvette. He’s a great teammate. Then certainly having Marvin join the team is important. I don’t know him very well but he seems very well-liked by our guys that know him. Obviously he had a great Daytona last year in winning with the AWA team. I’m excited to work with him and excited to defend our championship again.”

NICKY CATSBURG, NO. 4 CHEVROLET CORVETTE Z06 GT3.R: “I’m obviously looking forward to getting started again coming off a championship for the 3 car in 2025 and the Manufacturers and Teams championships as well for the whole group. I think now it’s time for the No. 4 Corvette to win the championship. That should be the goal and I think we have the team in place to do so. It’s super good to have Nico with us again. We all know how good he is, and he’s getting more and more experience in the meantime as well, so he’s a real weapon to have.

“I’m very thrilled to have Marvin as a third driver with Antonio and Alex. He’s a great guy. I’ve been racing with him for many years. We’re friends and it’s nice to have another cool guy in the team. I’m really looking forward to hanging out with all of them and cannot wait to get started to be honest.”

NICO VARRONE, NO. 4 CHEVROLET CORVETTE Z06 GT3.R: “I’m super-excited to return in the No. 4 Corvette with Nicky and Tommy for the three biggest races in IMSA. I always say that Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports is my home, and I love driving this car with these guys and this team. I feel really comfortable and we have a great time together. I can’t wait to be back in for the long ones in 2026. We closed out 2025 in a beautiful way with a podium at Petit Le Mans and the championship for the No. 3 guys. Hopefully we can have fun and get some podiums and wins in the season. It’s a great honor for me to again be a part of this team and the Corvette Racing brand.”

11th Running of the HSR Daytona Classic 24 Hour Presented by Mission Foods This Weekend at Daytona International Speedway

  • North America’s Premier Vintage and Historic 24-Hour Race Begins Second Decade of Competition at the “World Center of Racing” November 5 – 9
  • Full Five-Day Event Schedule Includes the HSR Daytona Classic 24 Hour Presented by Mission Foods and the HSR Daytona Historics Full-Season Series Championship Races

DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (November 3, 2025) – The Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) Daytona Classic 24 Hour presented by Mission Foods begins its second decade of competition this weekend at Daytona International Speedway (DIS), November 5 – 9, where America’s premier historic and vintage 24-hour race runs for the 11th time.

A typically strong entry of first-time hopefuls and former and defending race winners is set for the 11th HSR Daytona Classic 24 from 2 p.m. EST this Saturday, November 8, until the final checkered flag of the weekend waves just before 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 9. The full weekend of competition on the 3.56-mile Daytona road course also features the HSR Daytona Historics, which is a points-paying round of HSR’s season-long racing series and championships from Thursday, November 6, through early Saturday afternoon.

First run in 2014, with initial plans to be held every other year, the immediate popularity and success of the inaugural HSR Daytona Classic 24 Hour called for a second running in 2015. After a year off, the 24-Hour classic race at the “World Center of Racing” returned in 2017 and is now an annual and premier fixture on the HSR calendar and a “must-do” and “must-attend” motorsports event for competitors and race fans alike.

The HSR Daytona Classic 24 features seven different Run Groups competing in succession for a full 24 hours on the DIS road course. The various period-correct classes within each Run Group combine to make almost all closed-wheel competition sports cars from the last seven decades eligible for Classic 24 competition.

Run Group E has the honor of rolling off first for the official start of the 11th HSR Daytona Classic 24 this Saturday at 2 p.m. EST, a more than fitting “opening act” considering the group is home to competitors and GT Modern (GTM) cars from HSR’s recently announced Mission GT Challenge series. Group E is traditionally an intense battle throughout the entire 24 hours and produced last year’s closest race finish.

After Group E kicks things off, the race quickly shifts back in time more than 50 years with the first Run Group A segment. Featuring the oldest cars in the race, with all but one entry from the 1960s or early ’70s, Group A features top prototypes of the era, like the Lola T70, and a strong contingent of GT Classic (GTC) entries such as Porsche 911s and 914s, a Shelby Cobra CSX4000 and a Datsun 240Z.

The longest race on the HSR Classic Endurance Championship presented by Mission Foods schedule, the Daytona Classic 24 has seen more than one GT team out last and even out race the prototype contingent for an upset victory. Run Group A could be on spoiler alert this year.

The HSR Daytona Historics schedule is just as busy as the Classic 24’s timeline. A full slate of HSR feature races and a pair of WeatherTech Sprints for all Run Groups – including HSR Prototype Challenge presented by Michelin and Mission Challenge GT Challenge competitors – takes place in a seemingly non-stop schedule from Friday morning through early Saturday afternoon.

Daytona Historics feature races include an HSR Global GT sprint, a 90-minute HSR Prototype Challenge presented by Michelin and a one-hour B.R.M Chronographes Endurance Challenge race for the GTC, Historic and Vintage classes, all on Friday. Saturday’s feature race slate includes the weekend’s second and B.R.M Chronographes Endurance Challenge one-hour race for the GTM, Prototype Modern and Historic Sports divisions and the always popular HSR SascoSports International/American Challenge presented by Hoosier.

The five-day schedule of historic and vintage competition at DIS begins Wednesday with a test session for all Run Groups and classes in both the Classic 24 and Daytona Historics.

The Joy of Two Wheels: Why Renting a Bike Completes the Journey

There’s something about the quiet hum of bicycle tires on pavement that feels both grounding and freeing. The gentle rhythm of pedaling, the scent of salt in the air, and the freedom to pause wherever curiosity leads turn even the simplest ride into something memorable. Exploring new surroundings this way brings a closeness to nature that cars can’t match and a sense of discovery that walking alone can’t cover. For those planning a getaway, choosing Lahaina bike rentals can make the difference between a standard trip and one that feels truly immersive. Every turn of the wheel opens up new views, new moments, and a deeper connection to the place itself.

Discovering Freedom at Your Own Pace

There’s a unique satisfaction that comes with moving through a destination at your own speed. On a bike, there’s no rush to meet a schedule, no need to stick to crowded tour routes. Each moment belongs to the rider. The morning might begin with a ride through quiet streets as the sun rises, or perhaps an afternoon trek along a scenic coastal trail. The freedom to choose the route, and to change it on a whim, makes cycling more than a form of transport; it becomes an experience in itself.

For many travelers, this slower, more mindful way of exploring transforms the entire rhythm of a vacation. There’s time to notice the colors of local flowers, the textures of old stone walls, or the sound of waves hitting the shore. Riding a bike encourages connection, not just with the surroundings but with the present moment. It invites a kind of stillness that comes from movement, a paradox that every cyclist knows well.

Seeing More Than Just the Destination

Biking allows travelers to see the in-between places, those hidden corners that often go unnoticed. While driving can make one focus on the destination, cycling turns the journey itself into the highlight. It’s easy to stop and explore a small café tucked off the main road or to take a detour down a shaded path that leads to a hidden lookout point.

Some of the best travel memories come from these unexpected discoveries. The soft rustle of palm trees overhead, a brief chat with a local, or a quiet spot with an ocean view, these are the details that build a lasting impression. With the wind as company and the world unfolding one pedal stroke at a time, biking becomes a bridge between sightseeing and soul-seeing.

The Benefits Go Beyond the Ride

Aside from the adventure, cycling has countless health benefits that add even more value to the experience. The steady movement strengthens muscles and improves stamina without straining the body, making it ideal for all fitness levels. The heart gets a gentle workout, and the mind benefits too. There’s a calmness that settles in when riding, a release from the usual rush of daily life.

The mental clarity that comes from cycling is often described as meditative. Breathing in rhythm with movement, focusing on the path ahead, and being surrounded by natural beauty all contribute to a deep sense of balance. For those who crave both relaxation and activity, biking perfectly combines the two.

Choosing the Right Bike for the Journey

Not every adventure requires the same type of bike. Some travelers prefer a mountain bike to tackle rugged trails and uneven terrain, while others enjoy the smooth glide of a cruiser built for long, scenic rides. Choosing the right bike ensures not only comfort but safety and confidence while exploring.

Reputable rental agencies typically offer a variety of options, each maintained to high standards. Before setting off, it’s wise to check the fit and condition of the bike, properly adjusted seats and functioning brakes make all the difference. Helmets and safety gear should always be part of the rental package, giving peace of mind while out on the open road.

Sustainability and Simplicity

One of the most rewarding aspects of biking is how eco-friendly it is. Cycling leaves no emissions, requires no fuel, and produces no noise pollution. It’s a sustainable way to travel that keeps both the body and the planet in better shape. In a time when many are seeking more mindful ways to explore, biking aligns perfectly with the idea of responsible tourism.

There’s also a certain simplicity that comes with it. No parking struggles, no waiting in traffic, no need for complicated navigation. Just a map, a good bike, and a sense of direction are enough to create an unforgettable day of adventure. For travelers who appreciate minimalism and authenticity, this simplicity is part of the appeal.

Embracing the Unexpected

Every ride holds the possibility of surprise. A sudden turn might reveal a breathtaking view, or a brief rain shower could bring the scent of earth and leaves to life. These small, spontaneous moments are what make biking such a memorable way to explore. It’s not about perfection but presence, being fully engaged with the world as it is, not as it’s planned to be.

Some days, the best part of the trip isn’t the destination itself but the small details along the way. The sound of waves crashing against rocks, a rainbow forming over a valley, or the laughter of locals passing by, all of it becomes part of the story. A bike gives the freedom to collect those stories in the most natural way possible.

A Connection That Lasts

Long after the trip ends, it’s often the biking adventures that linger in memory. There’s something about moving through a place under one’s own power that creates a stronger connection to it. Every hill climbed, every path explored, and every breeze felt became part of that shared experience between traveler and destination.

For many, that sense of connection is what makes a vacation feel complete. It’s the difference between simply visiting a place and truly experiencing it. Renting a bike isn’t just about convenience, it’s about embracing the landscape, the rhythm, and the life that flows through it.

Turning the Ordinary into Adventure

Even familiar destinations take on new life when explored by bike. A simple ride through town can reveal details easily missed when traveling by car or bus. The streets feel more alive, the scenery more vivid, and the pace more human. Every ride, no matter how short, holds a spark of adventure.

In the end, what makes bike rentals so special isn’t just the physical journey, but the sense of freedom and connection they bring. It’s the opportunity to see more, feel more, and move with the world rather than just through it. For travelers seeking balance between exploration and tranquility, few experiences compare to the simple joy of two wheels and an open road.

From Tobacco to Tech Sponsors: The Shifting Face of NASCAR Branding

NASCAR has always been more than a race. It is a high-speed showcase of brands, culture, and ambition. For decades, cars wore the bold reds and golds of tobacco giants; now they carry the sleek logos of fintech and AI companies. Sponsorships fuel every turn and reveal how business evolves with its audience. Fans express their connection through visuals—from iconic car designs to digital collectibles like tf2 skins that turn loyalty into identity. NASCAR’s story proves that speed and storytelling still define brand power.

The Golden Age of Tobacco Sponsorships

Before data and mobile apps, tobacco money powered NASCAR’s rise. Cigarette brands didn’t just advertise; they built the sport’s identity. Their alliances with drivers turned races into rituals of speed, smoke, and spectacle.

Iconic tobacco sponsors that defined the era include:

  • Marlboro: A global emblem of masculinity and grit, tied to the sport’s most famous faces.
  • Camel: Sold a rebellious edge that appealed to thrill-seekers and younger fans.
  • Kool and Lucky Strike: Strengthened loyalty through local races and team support.
  • Skoal Bandit: A smokeless brand that embodied working-class pride.

These partnerships financed track upgrades, boosted TV coverage, and turned drivers into household names. NASCAR’s image fused with tobacco’s bravado—bold, loyal, and unapologetic.

As health awareness rose and governments restricted cigarette ads, that alliance lost ground. In 1998, the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement banned direct sports sponsorship, and NASCAR began a search for new financial lifelines.

Rebuilding the Brand—Lifestyle and Consumer Sponsorships

The early 2000s marked a turning point. NASCAR needed sponsors that could match tobacco’s charisma while appealing to a modern audience. The sport’s survival depended on adaptability—and it found new allies in brands built around excitement, lifestyle, and energy.

New Forces Behind the Wheel

Beer, beverage, and consumer brands became NASCAR’s new lifeblood in the early 2000s. Budweiser, Coca-Cola, and Home Depot defined the era with mainstream appeal, while Target, Gatorade, UPS, and FedEx expanded the sport’s national footprint. Race weekends turned into full-scale fan experiences with music, merchandise, and corporate showcases that drew younger, more diverse audiences.

From Logo to Lifestyle Messaging

Tobacco brands sold rebellion; the next wave sold belonging. Sponsorship shifted from car logos to emotional connection. Campaigns focused on fan experiences, loyalty programs, and shared values such as perseverance and teamwork. Brands saw that audiences valued culture as much as speed.

Digital and Fan Engagement Begins

Digital media began to change how fans followed NASCAR in the late 2000s. Official websites and early social platforms gave audiences closer access to teams and drivers. Sponsors added mobile promotions and online contests that made engagement measurable. NASCAR expanded beyond television and built the base for the social media community that defined the next decade.

Tech and Fintech Take the Wheel

A decade later, technology companies turned that digital groundwork into full-scale transformation. They moved beyond ad space and became part of NASCAR’s infrastructure. Tech firms replaced consumer brands and redefined the meaning of sponsorship.

Digital Disruption and Data-Driven Deals

Tech and fintech brands have become an influential part of NASCAR’s modern sponsorship mix. Companies such as Amazon Web Services, DoorDash, and Ally use data and analytics to improve fan engagement and marketing strategy.

Sponsorships now function as collaborations that combine visibility with innovation. Analytics tools measure audience response and performance, and each race serves as a platform to test new technology.

From Speed to Smart: A New Type of Visibility

The meaning of brand exposure has changed. A logo on a hood no longer suffices. Sponsors now demand integration—driver-led content, mobile apps, augmented-reality features, and data overlays that invite fans into the action. Partnerships now merge visibility with technology and storytelling. NASCAR serves as a platform where screen time becomes quantifiable and each campaign becomes part of the race’s narrative.

The New Face of NASCAR Culture

NASCAR once celebrated blue-collar toughness and small-town loyalty. The current era promotes intelligence, innovation, and wider inclusivity. The fan base still skews older, yet younger urban viewers are growing. Sponsors now emphasise sustainability, diversity, and forward-thinking values alongside speed. The roar of engines remains the heart of the sport, while digital platforms and global connections increasingly shape its narrative.

Wrap-Up: Branding on a New Track

The journey of NASCAR from tobacco-fueled glory to data-driven innovation reflects more than a shift in sponsorship—it marks the ongoing reinvention of business identity. The logos on the cars may have changed, but the essence of competition remains the same: adapt or fall behind.

The sport still thrives on speed, and now its partnerships run through networks and algorithms as much as through smoke and asphalt. The next era of NASCAR sponsorship will be led by brands that merge data with emotion and turn innovation into fan connection.

Flying Lizard enters the season finale with both of its Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 entries sitting inside the top four in championship standings. The White Zone: I won’t miss this championship format

AVONDALE, Ariz. - NOVEMBER 2: Denny Hamlin, driver of the #11 Progressive Toyota, and William Byron, driver of the #24 Axalta Chevrolet, race during the NASCAR Cup Series Championship at Phoenix Raceway on Nov. 2, 2025, in Avondale, Arizona. Photo: James Gilbert/Getty Images

Three laps.

Denny Hamlin was three laps away from his first NASCAR Cup Series championship. He dominated the day, leading 208 laps and winning the second stage. In the closing laps, he pulled away to a three-second lead, like he did all day. After almost 20 years in the Cup Series, the stars finally aligned for the driver from Chesterfield, Virginia. At long last, Hamlin would unshackle himself from the ghost of 2010 and the four other Championship 4 appearances where he came up short.

Then, William Byron cut a tire and hit the wall.

With overtime coming up, all but three drivers pitted under the caution. Hamlin took four tires, while several others, including Kyle Larson, took two. He restarted two rows behind Larson, but ran out of time and finished runner-up in the points.

If this was the last winner-take-all championship race, I won’t miss it.

It was a perfect little microcosm of my biggest problem with the championship race: Rather than season-long performance dictating the champion, we leave it to a game of roulette where any problem outside of your control can cost you the championship. We almost saw this, Friday with the Craftsman Truck Series race. We saw this Saturday in the XFINITY Series race and we saw it Sunday in the Cup Series race.

All this leaves us with fans complaining about the outcome and questioning the legitimacy of the champion. To the point that people track how the championship would’ve played out in a 36-race format in comparison.

It’s happened year after year since the introduction of this format in 2014.

Thankfully, this was almost certainly the last time we’ll see it.

Making the rounds in the rumor mill for months now is that NASCAR will change the playoff format for the 2026 season by moving away from the championship race format. What I’ve heard the most is either a three or four-race final round, a return to the original playoff format of a 10-race mini-season, or even doing away with the playoffs entirely and returning to a 36-race points season.

Now, as much as the purist in me wants the latter, my money’s on the first two options. Even though any argument against a full-season points battle, particularly with attention spans and whether people will watch if the title is clinched before the final race, falls flat when the NTT IndyCar Series has seen its ratings climb for years, including 2025, even with a season-long format.

But that’s neither here nor there.

The point is that this was probably the last winner-take-all all championship race we’ll see in NASCAR. And while I have problems with a three or four-race format and a 10-race mini-season, it’s a step up from the winner-take-all all format.

We’ll find out sometime during the offseason what the new format is. If this was the last, however, I won’t miss it.

That’s my view, for what it’s worth.

Hax Helmets and Carroll Shelby Licensing Celebrate FIA Racing Championship 60th Anniversary With New Racing Helmet

Los Angeles, Nov. 03, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hax Helmets and Carroll Shelby Licensing, Inc., have launched a new line of Shelby themed lightweight racing helmets to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Shelby American’s FIA Sports Car World Championship. Available worldwide, the helmets have earned safety ratings by both Snell and the FIA.

“Shelby American’s incredible reputation is based on their racing prowess and commitment to cutting edge technology that gains a competitive advantage,” said Aurelio Mesa, General Manager of Hax Helmets. “Their company continues to depend on the most advanced designs and materials for their current line of street performance cars and trucks. Our helmets are created with the same philosophy to be a perfect complement for any track enthusiast.”

Hax has been offering premium helmets for over 11 years, and the new auto racing model is based on the company’s wildly popular motorcycle design. More than 1,000,000 Hax helmets have been purchased worldwide.

Available in four colors, the full-face Shelby helmet line incorporates the latest features:

  • PRACTICAL AND SAFE DESIGN – The aerodynamic design helps reduce wind resistance and minimize wind noise. Hax racing helmets meet Snell, FIA and DOT safety standards.
  • SUPERIOR COMFORT – Multiple vents keep the air fresh. The premium hypoallergenic liner is extremely comfortable, impact resistant, and creates a better fit. The internal design makes it easy to wear glasses and incorporate a Bluetooth headset.
  • GREAT VISION – The latest UV treatment technology, which prevents about 98% of ultraviolet radiation. The TearOff system Ready plastic nails allow installation of an optional anti-dirt or anti-fog lens package (not included, sold separately).
  • HANS Device Anchor Ready Installed (Head and Neck Support System, HANS Device sold separately)

“Shelby American is still the only American automaker to win the FIA Sports Car Racing Championship,” said M. Neil Cummings, Esq., Co-CEO of Carroll Shelby International and CEO of Carroll Shelby Licensing. “We’re celebrating that amazing accomplishment with this line of incredible helmets designed to keep Shelby fans worldwide protected on the track. Every Shelby owner and collector should consider adding one of these to their kit.”

HAX Helmets has been redefining how fashion meets safety over the past decade. The company believes that helmets are far more than just protective gear, they are also pieces of art that drivers use to express themselves.

With an MSRP starting at $1,500, the full-face racing helmets are available in Shelby Blue, Race Red, Super Snake Silver and Tall Texan Black. With Shelby Cobras adorning the sides and racing stripes across the crown, the helmets make a bold, stylish statement. An optional matching Shelby helmet bag is available for $69.95.

The Shelby helmets are as well built as they are stylish.

“The carbon fiber used in these helmets is the same material used in the newly released Shelby Super Snake-R,” said Mr. Mesa. “The strength and lightweight benefits of premium carbon fiber make it perfect for every aspect of Shelby ownership.”

However, safety was the first objective. Hax helmets earned safety ratings from two of the most important groups in the world. The Snell Memorial Foundation Fédération and Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) have set the highest safety standards, are recognized worldwide and require rigorous performance testing before earning their approval.

An initial run of 500 Shelby edition Hax racing helmets will be available for preorder worldwide through Carroll Shelby’s Store, Shelby mod shops and various retail stores, as well as Hax Helmets online. Delivery is expected to begin in early January 2026. For more information, go to https://www.haxhelmets.com.
