NASCAR's first Hispanic driver, Carlos Contreras, will be behind the wheel of the No. 44 TriStar Motorsports Toyota Camry for the road course races on the 2014 NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule. He will pilot a TriStar Motorsports Camry at Road America (June 21st), Watkins Glen (August 9th) and Mid-Ohio (August 16th).

James Buescher returned to Michigan International Speedway for the first time since capturing the win in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race last August.

Chris Buescher headed to Michigan for his second NASCAR Nationwide Series start at the two-mile track. After qualifying in the 10th-position, the Roush Fenway Racing driver charged up through field, reaching as high as third and running inside the top-five for much of the day, displaying one of his strongest performances of the season thus far.

Paul Menard was in the right place at the right time Saturday afternoon and captured the win in the Ollie’s Bargain Outlet 250 at Michigan International Speedway. Menard took the lead with only four laps to go after race leader Joey Logano was forced to pit due to a cut tire. It was his second victory in the Nationwide Series, his first since June of 2006 when he won at Milwaukee.

Sam Hornish Jr. (second) was the first Toyota driver to the finish line in Saturday afternoon’s NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) race at Michigan International Speedway.

By finishing third in Dover, Logano now has 101 top-10 finishes in 128-career starts. That means Logano has earned a top-10 finish in an amazing 79-percent of the starts that he’s mad dating back to 2008.
