The NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) will make its second and final trip of the 2013 season to Richmond, Va. and Richmond International Raceway (RIR) Friday night for the Virgina529 College Savings 250. Nelson Piquet Jr. will make his second NNS start at RIR this weekend, he previously finished 14th in the April spring race.
