GEICO Extended Partnership with International Speedway Corporation

GEICO, the second-largest private passenger auto insurance company in the U.S., today announced it will extend its multiyear partnership with International Speedway Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select Market: ISCA; OTC Bulletin Board: ISCB) (“ISC”), owner / operator of 13 of the nation’s major motorsports facilities. GEICO will continue its entitlement for the GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway as well as its Campground naming rights at eight ISC motorsports facilities. New Iconic “Vulcan” Trophy To Be Awarded To Winner of Talladega’s Hellmann’s 500

It takes nerves of steel to circle Talladega Superspeedway at nearly 200 mph. The driver who does that the fastest on the final lap of Sunday’s Hellmann’s 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race will be appropriately awarded with the new Vulcan Trophy, a miniature version of the famous cast-iron statue that overlooks the city in nearby Birmingham.
