"I'm looking forward to heading to Chicagoland Speedway and getting back on an oval. It's always good when you can go back to a track you've raced at before, because it eliminates the learning curve you have anytime you go somewhere new. I really enjoyed racing at this track last year and we're bringing a brand-new truck with us.

Red Horse Racing announced today that they will display a special decal on the Nos. 17 and 77 Toyota Tundras at the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events at Chicagoland Speedway (Sept. 12), New Hampshire Motor Speedway (Sept. 20) and Las Vegas Motor Speedway (Sept. 27) in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Alex Tagliani won the Keystone Light Pole Award and set a new track qualifying record at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park with a lap of 80.558 seconds at 109.889 mph. As he leads the field to green in Sunday’s Chevrolet Silverado 250 race, he will also be making his debut in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

When NASCAR announced that the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series was coming to Canada, I couldn't contain myself as a Canadian fan. I knew right from the announcement that it'd be great to be able to see the trucks in my own backyard (only two hours from my hometown) and get the experience up close to them that so many fans down south know too well.

On Thursday afternoon at the CHILL Ice House in Toronto, Alex Tagliani unveiled his new livery for this weekend's Pinty's Presents the Clarington 200 at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. The new design comes as a result of the second annual Summer of Tag contest, in which allowed Canadian students to design what they feel Tagliani's car and helmet should look like to raise awareness for food allergies and Anaphylaxis Canada.

This weekend at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, there are going to be four Canadians in the Camping World Truck Series field - with each of them making their series debut. One of the drivers that highlights the list is Cameron Hayley, who will be driving the No. 32 Cabinets by Haley Chevrolet Silverado for Turner-Scott Motorsports.
