After a hard-fought race in Mid-Ohio two weeks prior, Carson Hocevar showed a lot of speed all weekend in Pocono. An eighth-place time in practice was followed with a fourth-place starting position for Saturday’s CRC Brakleen 150.

Saturday marked Lawless Alan’s second start at the Tricky Triangle as he is in a must-win situation to make the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Playoffs. Alan wasn’t thrilled with the handling of his Silverado for most of the weekend. But, Wally Rogers and team worked together to help to balance of the AUTOParkit Silverado.

Ross Chastain made his final Craftsman Truck Series start of the season on Saturday in Pocono. The Florida-born driver struggled on Friday with a 29th-place finish in practice and a 23rd-place qualifying effort.

Kaden Honeycutt made his debut start with Niece Motorsports on Saturday in Pocono. The Texas-born driver was the second-quickest Niece Motorsports Silverado all weekend behind teammate, Carson Hocevar.

Corey Heim closed in on the regular season championship with a heartbreaking runner-up finish in Pocono on Saturday afternoon.

TY MAJESKI, No. 98 Farm Paint/Curb Records Ford F-150 – “Not bad. We obviously got set behind a little bit in qualifying, but thought we did a good job of getting track position."

ZANE SMITH, No. 38 Birch Gold Group Ford F-150 – “I wasn’t too happy with our Birch Gold Ford in practice, but I was also in dirty air and dirty air here is really bad, so I didn’t really know quite what we had."

This weekend at Pocono Raceway, Young’s Motorsports welcomes Cornelius, N.C.-native Stefan Parsons as the driver of the No. 02 Chevrolet Silverado RST for the first time in 2023.
