A $25,000 fine and 50-point deduction for Xfinity competitor Sammy Smith, two Xfinity competitors (Jeb Burton and Taylor Gray) being fined for infield care center confrontations and two Trackhouse Racing Cup pit crew members being suspended for a loose wheel highlight this past weekend's penalty report from Martinsville.

The 30-year-old Hill from Winston, Georgia, led the final lap of 256 over-scheduled laps and weaved through a final-lap multi-car wreck to cash in on his first Dash 4 Cash bonus and deliver the 100th Xfinity win for Richard Childress Racing.

The 18-year-old Zilisch from Charlotte, North Carolina, clocked in a pole-winning lap at 95.213 mph in 19.888 seconds for his first pole on a short-track venue and third of his career at Martinsville.

The 2023 ARCA Menards Series champion from Menlo Park, California, will attempt to make his inaugural start in NASCAR's premier series at Bristol Motor Speedway in April with Richard Childress Racing.

NASCAR travels to Martinsville Speedway this weekend, featuring all three national series.

Kaulig Racing's No. 10 Chevrolet team, Joe Gibbs Racing's No. 18 Toyota team, Richard Childress Racing's No. 21 Chevrolet team and Young's Motorsports' No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro team were fined $5,000 apiece due to an improper/loose lug nut discovered on their respective entries following Saturday's Xfinity event at Homestead.

The reigning Xfinity Series champion led 21 of 201 over-scheduled laps and went from fourth to first during an overtime shootout to record both his second consecutive Xfinity victory in recent weeks at Miami and claim the first $100,000 bonus of the 2025 season.

The 2025 spring Las Vegas penalty report features two Cup teams being penalized and losing crew members for two races for loose wheels, four Xfinity teams and one Truck team being penalized for lug nut infractions and two crew members suspended indefinitely for violating NASCAR's Substance Abuse Policy.

The 2025 Xfinity Series' Dash 4 Cash program will officially commence this upcoming weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway (March 22) and proceed at Martinsville Speedway (March 29), Bristol Motor Speedway (April 12) and Rockingham Speedway (April 19).
